ALICE

I surprised myself by waking up before midday; Zoe was also surprised well at least I thought she was when I walked into the living room dressed, as she sat holding her guinea pigs with her eyes wide and mouth open. I smirked at her reaction.

'Zoe you'll catch flies if you don't shut your mouth.'

She closed her mouth immediately but still stared wide eyed at me. The guinea pigs began squirming in her hands but she was still transfixed by me, I should have been flattered that she was paying me more attention than her favourite animals in the whole world. In fact it was a little unnerving and unsettling.

'Are you alright Alice? its just I never see you out of bed before three.'

'Zoe, give your sister a break.'

I turned and gave Alfie a huge smile as he walked out of the kitchen. Alfie was Zoe's boyfriend; they'd been secretly dating for a year and a half before a close friend accidently made the mistake of blurting out their very much 'real' relationship on the internet. Like my parents always told me, when you posted something about youself online then it was permanent.

'Thank you Alfie. I can get up whenever I want Zoe. Besides I'm always awake before three, I just sit in bed with my laptop.'

Alfie opened his arms and I walked into them accepting his hug. Alfie always made me feel small every time I stood next to him. I mentally cursed his stupid tallness and my shortness.

'Are you getting smaller A?'

I shook my head and play punched him in the shoulder. Behind me I heard Zoe chuckle, she was even smaller than me. I pulled out of the hug and stormed into the kitchen. Alfie joined Zoe in laughing at my childish behaviour. I pulled my tablet out of my hoodie pocket and logged onto Skype, to my surprise Joe was online. I pressed call and waited for him to accept.

'I'm only joking squirt, all the best things come in small packages.'

Alfie walked back into the kitchen and he pulled off my beanie and ruffled my hair which he knew I hated. I pulled out my tongue and fixed my beanie again. Alfie shook his head, smirking at me before picking up a sandwich he had probably made just before I walked in. He then walked back into the living room and joined Zoe on the sofa. They were about to watch Frozen.

I couldn't help but smile at the scene before me; I had become so invested in the #Zalfie ship and tags that every time they were together I got Zalfie feels.

'Joe I think there's something wrong with your twin. She's smiling.'

Caspar's voice pulled me out of my thoughts; I looked down at the screen and made a rude gesture with my finger. Caspar fake gasped, he'd seen me do a lot worse but in my defense I might have had a bit too much to drink and I was trying to make a point.

'That's not very ladylike Alice.'

'Why do you have Joe's phone Caspar? '

Caspar pulled big puppy dog eyes at me, causing me to curse while trying to look anywhere but his face. Those eyes got me every time. He stopped and chuckled, I couldn't help but chuckle along with him. When Caspar laughed everyone laughed, he was contagious.

'That beanie suits you.'

I nodded; it was once Caspar's but I was very good at getting items of clothing off of my friends if they took my fancy. Literally half of my wardobe was made up of 'borrowed' items which the owners would never get back. People really needed to stop lending me things if they ever wanted to see them again.

'You have a good eye Mr Lee.'

'Hey Caspar have you seen my phone? '

I saw my twin poke his head around Caspar's bedroom door. Next thing I know I'm met by a black screen, Caspar might have tried to hide the phone but he had forgotten to mute me.

'Hey twin.'

'Hey Alice.'

'There's no Alice here just me talking to myself in a girl's voice.'

I burst out laughing at Caspar's attempt to act normal.

'Is you pillow laughing mate?'

In a second I was pulled out of the darkness and back into the light. This time it was Joe's face I was met with. I beamed my biggest and creepiest smile and he did his best in return, that was how we greeted each other.

'That beanie suits you sis.'

Caspar giggled as did I. Joe looked between the two of us with a confused expression. I quickly calmed down.

'That's what Caspar told me before you rudely interrupted us. But I still believe your glasses suit me better than this beanie.'

Joe sat down on the end of Caspar's bed and Caspar came and engulfed Joe in a hug. I couldn't contain my Jasper feels.

'OMG Jasper feels. Jasper is real stop the press.'

I put my hand over my mouth as soon as the words left my lips. It really felt like I was a little over invested in their ship as well as my sisters and Alfie's. Caspar shook his head and grinned while Joe shot me a glare before putting on a straight face.

'Real mature Alice, you might want to cool it on Tumblr and remember that you're my sister not a fan.'

I felt my cheeks turn red as Joe spoke seriously at me, he didn't mind me dealing with the ships as long as I didn't mention it in front of company. Sometimes I thought that my own family and YouTube friends saw me more as a fan, because I knew almost everything about them. By this point I was mad at my twin.

'Fine Joe, you can deal with your own shit from now on.'

He seemed slightly shocked by my outburst, I was always the quiet Sugg who took everyone's shit. Before he could even try and grovel I hung up and turned off my tablet. What I was in a childish mood today so sue me.

'A, he didn't mean anything mean from what he said. It's just that Jasper is a relatively new ship and he doesn't want his twin getting mixed up with those fans.'

Zoe came into the kitchen and pulled me into a bear hug, she always knew what to say to make me feel better.

'What about you and Alfie? I mean Zalfie is everywhere and I get involved with those fans.'

Zoe pulled away and wiped a stray tear off my cheek, I didn't even know I'd started to cry.

'Alfie and I accept Zalfie and you talking about the ship. If it wasn't for you our fans would have gone crazy, you keep them under control. Just give Joe some time and he'll come around.'

I smiled as it was true, before I got involved the Zalfie fans were a wild bunch. And then when Jim dropped the bombshell that Zalfie was in fact real it was me who cleaned up the mess. I was always good at cleaning up my siblings mess, but I was never good at cleaning up my own messes. That was procrastination at its finest form.

'Come and watch the film with us, I'll make some popcorn. You go and sit down.'

I simply nodded.

'Thanks Zoe.'

'Its what sisters do for each other.'

She moved around me and went to the cupboard where we kept the popcorn. I also turned off my phone deciding that it would be good going a day without technology.

I jumped on the sofa next to Alfie, since the kitchen and living room were open plan he must have heard everything. But he didn't mention it, instead he draped the large blanket he and Zoe had been sharing over me. God he was a gentleman, I was so glad that my sister had found someone as caring and thoughtful as him.

'Aren't you a lucky man Alfie? You're in the middle of a Sugg sandwich.'

He laughed at my choice of words considering he had made himself a sandwich earlier. I could understand what Zoe saw in him and they were perfect together, despite a few fans here and there who disagreed, but you always got haters no matter what you did.

'My two favourite Sugg ladies and Disney films, I am a lucky man indeed.'

Zoe joined us on the sofa and plopped the bowl of popcorn in Alfie's lap. Alfie then hit play on the DVD and the three of us snuggled together.
