After the last day of the school term I find that beca has been a little more distance lately, but I don't know if that's just how she is at the last few weeks of school because although I've been friends with her my whole life We've never actually been to the same school we've always just been neighbours. I went to a private school and beca went to a normal school so we just hung out after school and on the weekends.
Lunch time "Hey b, everything ok?" I ask with concern but not to much that I could play it of as some sort of convocation starter if she doesn't want to talk about it. It takes beca quite a while to reply but she reply's with " umm Yh sure you could say that, I've got to go see ya later" she packs her things and leaves,leaving me shocked and confused but I thinks it's for the best if I give her some space. After lunch I have a class with beca maybe she'll explained a little bit about that the fuck just happened.
English class It's next period and so far no sign of beca, about half way through the class beca strolls in and sits at the back away from me and Stacie. I look over at her and she gives me a small smile before focusing on the board trying to catch up on what she missed. I turn back to face the front. " what's up with her?" Stacie asks with concern " to be honest I don't know she got up and left at lunch without warning and now she's sitting at the back all alone, it's almost as if she's a different person" I sigh and Stacie give me one of those 'it's going to be ok' looks.
After class I pack up and head out of the class and wait around the corner for beca to come out when she does she has her hat on with the flat bit at the front with her hood up, which never happened she always where's her hat backwards with her hood down. As she's walking down the hall I'm stuck I can't move I'm too shocked, all I can do it stare at her walk past but once she turns the corner i whisper to myself" I can't be happening right now I need to see if beca's ok" , after school I wait by her bike which is a bmw hp4 race

Beca comes and is now face to face with me she stays silent for a minute before she goes to speak but I cut her of instantly " well, what's going on beca I'm here to help, you can talk to me about anything you know that right?" She's sighs " Yh i know its just that I don't know what's going to be honest with you" she looks down to her feet then at me she looks me right in the eyes. " this hasn't got anything to do with you and you ya know?" I tilt my head while waiting for a response "my what?" Is sigh and move closer to her to whisper in her ear " this hasn't got to do with your mum getting released from prison has it" I retreat quickly to the spot I was at before while beca looks at me with her mouth open " how did you know about that?!" I sigh " beca, your uncle found out that you told me about what happened with your parents and he's kept me updated ever since and he told me that to try and let me help you because he knows your stubborn little ass isn't going to let anyone help!" I say while pointing to her. She sighs and starts playing with her rings " I need to go home want a lift ?" She says while pointing to her bike "umm.....sure" I say with hesitation. Before I could change my answer I'm having a helmet but on my head and being told to sit at the back of the bike and to have my arms around her waist. Once we're on the motor way she speeds up and as she does I tighten my grip, the motor way is clear all around us so she decides to pop a wheelie and I scream like a girl and hold on the her waist for dear life she puts the bike back down in the normal position before taking a right off the motor way and down a few smaller roads before parking out side out houses once we get off I sit down on the side walk try to slow my breathing. " deep breaths big guy" beca says while smirking " here you go " I say before getting up and giving her her helpmate back
3 hours later Beca's pov Since I've dropped Jesse back home I've been sat in my room staring at the blank wall, I start to get thirsty and I look over to my clock an notice I've been thinking for 3 whole hours about my sexuality and my parents but mainly about my sexuality . Thinking about how I might like girls but I don't know, I can't, I've never felt like this towards a girl before,I've always had boyfriends. I get up and go down stairs to go and get a drink, once I'm in the kitchen I find jesses mum with my uncle after I said hi and got my drink I went back up to my room to go back to sit alone, I've gotten used to it because it's just me, regan and my uncle now since the 'accident'. Once I get back to my room I step inside and close the door behind me and turn around to see the same brunette haired boy who I dropped of around three and a half hours ago now. "what the fuck dude ! " I say sarcastically while holding my hand to my chest " just came to ask if your alright because I noticed you were staring at a wall for quite a while" I sat at my desk and spun myself around so I could see the boy sat on my bed " I'm fine I just zoned out" I say while looking down at my hands in my lap " ok, wanna play Xbox ?" I nod and turn my Xbox on " what do you wanna play " I smirk already getting the disc ready because I know it's going to be zombies because he's never beaten me at a game before and he's so determined to beat me "zombies !" He smiles at me
A couple of hours later "I'm going to go now but thanks for the fun time, see ya round" and with that I watch him climb out my window and walk across the tree bridge that we built when we were 10 well my uncle did because he was sick of answering the door every five minutes " bye j, see ya tomorrow, you wanna lift tomorrow ?" I smirk waiting for his response " ha very funny I'm not getting back on that thing even if my life depended on it!" I flash him a smile " don't worry I was going to take my car as it's supposed to rain tomorrow" he smiles back "oh in that case Yh sure, thanks" with that my window shuts and I hear a knock on my door. I get up to go and answer is and find my sister regan standing at my door with tears building up in her eyes " hey umm...you busy?" She asks while playing with her rings " no, come on in " she gives me a small smile and sits down on my bed, I close the door and follow her over to the bed and sit next to her " hey, what's wrong?" She sniffs before answering " he dumped me " she mumbles out before breaking down in to tears with her head laying on my chest and her arms wrapped around my waist. I pull out a box of tissues and lay them on the bedside Cabinet and flick the cover over so we can slip underneath them. Once regan has calmed down a bit I begin to hear her breathing slow down and I know she fallen asleep so I start to take off her clothes and to put here in a more comfy attire.after I've finished putting here in some of my pjs I put the cover back over her and tuck her in, " goodnight reg" and I kiss her head after that I change myself into some of my pjs and walk over to regans room and go to bed in there because I didn't want to wake her up seeing as I just got her to calm down.
