Part 3- Imagine:

I have two Nerf guns pointed at me and a boy probably hurt on the floor.

I walk into the treehouse slowly and have a look around. "Cool place," I say, but no one responds.

I land on myself on a bean bag and see three pairs of eyes staring at me. "I'm sorry, did I do something wrong?" I ask.

A boy with piercing blue eyes steps forward. "You're intruding a boy only zone here. No girls allowed."

"Knock it off," Shawn tells him. He gets up onto his feet and wipes himself down from the dust.

"Guys, meet Y/n, my new neighbour."

They don't react. I sigh and hold my hands up. "It's okay, I'm not wanted here. I guess I'll just go exploring by myself. I'll see you weirdos at school tomorrow."

I throw a peace sign at them as I turn on my heel. I run down the steps and reach for my bike.

"Wait!" I hear behind me. I smile to myself as I see them all watch me.

This was a terrible idea. Whilst Shawn, Nash and Cam get to have all the fun, I'm a princess "trapped" inside the tree-house and only one of them can save me. I lean over the barrier, watching them hide and shoot at each other. I hear someone climb up the ropes behind me. It's Cam.

"Guys! I won! I get a kiss from Y/n!"

I roll my eyes. "This game is so girly, and I missed all the fun, and I bet I can shoot better than you Shawn."

I see his cheeks start to blush as he follows behind Cam.

"C'mon then, you owe me a kiss!" Cam yells.

I lean my head forward as he shuts his eyes and I stick my tongue out and blow a raspberry.

"Hey!"

I poke my tongue out again and run down to my bike for the second time.

"Honey?" My mum calls. "Honey, quickly before the bus gets here!"

"Coming!" I yell back.

I kick my door shut and run downstairs. I grab my lunch box and run out into the street.
I see several other people already at the bus stop, one of them Shawn. I brush my short hair and stride to the bus stop. I see Shawn looking over, so I smile and walk over to him. He's with a friend, who drops his mouth open when he sees me.

"Hey Shawn, hey... you should keep that mouth shut or it'll catch flies."

"I'm Brian," he says, running a hand through his hair. I see Shawn nudge him secretly.

I shake my head. "Hey, does Nash go to our school? You know, the cute and quiet one..."

They both look to the left as Nash walks over with Cam. His eyes dart to me, and scan me up and down before smiling. I feel shivers down my spine as his eyes bore into my soul. I blush a little as I get on the bus with them. I don't know if it's clear, but I'm a little boyish. Or a lot... I don't know. The sight of pink makes me sick, I hate my hair in bunches and most of all, I hate wearing skirts and dresses. "It's just a phase" Mum said, but I don't know when I'll start acting like a proper girl, if there even is a way to do that. Yet since I've arrived in Pickering, my feelings are on the high over a couple of cute weirdos, one of them my next door neighbour.
