I sighed, cleaning off my desk, that's when I saw the note:
'Dear Lyra, I always wanted to tell you this, but, didn't know how. Lyra, I love you. I love the most beautiful star I've ever encountered. And, if you don't love me back, that's OK. P.S., there's coffee cake in the fridge.'
"Most beautiful star...?"
"Wait, Boros called me that!"
"Boros...loves me?"
I sighed and smiled. "Huh, alien-cyclops meets girl...weird, but, cute." I said.
