Here you go, another chapter, hopefully it isn't as boring as the previous :) xx

NIALL

The chilly wind bites harshly through my jacket, the hairs on my arm raising as my hands feebly rub up and down my arms in hopes of warming themselves up. Doesn't work of course. I wrap my arms tighter around myself, pulling my jacket close and tucking my chin into the neckline of my jumper.

It's nearing July. Granted, it's midnight, but still... why the hell is it so bloody cold?

"You sure this is a good idea, Ni?" Zayn asks, our feet crunching the cold gravel beneath our feet. "Do you even know where to begin looking?"

"Well... no." I admit. "But Harry has been gone for hours, Z. You can't expect me to sit by and do nothing." I answer worriedly. "Do you think something happened to him, Z? Oh my god, shit. I shouldn't have left him alone. He may not even know his way around."

I gasp sharply, my arms abruptly flying up to grab Zayn's arm, earning a scream from him.

"What?! What is it? Do you hear something?!" He asks anxiously.

"No. But he did give me his necklace which he never takes off. What do you think that means, Z? Oh my- fuck! You don't think he..." I can't even finish my words when my eyes start burning with the tears when every bad thing that could possibly happen to Harry starts to flood my mind. I can't even think of the gruesome thought, let alone say it out loud.

"No, no, no." Zayn hurriedly answers, wrapping an arm around my shoulder reassuringly. "Don't think like that, Niall. I mean, have you seen Harry? He can definitely put up a fight. He's a tough lad, Ni. He'll be fine, I'm sure."

"He won't be able to fight against a bear." I mutter lamely, only scaring myself further.

"The only bears we have here in England are in zoos, Ni." Zayn tells me with a soft sigh.

I nod, feeling just a tinge better. "You know, he's a really big wolf when he shifts." I say, almost proudly with a small, weak smile on my face. "Even if there are bears, I'm sure he can easily beat 'em." I say.

I probably sound crazy. From freaking out about Harry not being able to fight off a bear, to being extremely proud that he probably can.

Zayn breathes out a short laugh, the white cloud swirling and escaping from his nose thanks to the cold air. "See? He'll be fine."

"I know... but it's Cheshire, Zayn, not London. It may be his hometown, but he hasn't been here for years."

He sighs deeply. "Let's just try to find him and head back ASAP yeah?"

I simply nod, knowing that if I say anything further, it's just gonna make me even more paranoid.

"You really care about him don't you?" He asks after awhile with a soft smile. I breathe out a short laugh, nodding.

"More than he'll ever know." I whisper under my breath, fingers running a hand through my cold hair. "Sometimes it even defies my own logic and reasoning."

His smile softens. "Well, he loves you more than he'll ever show. I see it, and I think I speak for the rest of the gang. Towards the rest of us, sometimes his eyes still holds this hard, guarded look. But the second he turns to look at you, is like every single bad emotion in his eyes just completely melts away. It's like... he's staring at his entire universe or something. It's almost sickening to watch."

I hit him on his shoulder playfully. "It's not sickening. It's cute." I bite back the large grin. "But you really think so?" I ask shyly, my heart fluttering and my body heating up even though I'm freezing my bones off.
