Well if your like me and really want a tattoo but aren't old enough for one here is a way to have a semipermanent tattoo.
1.) Draw the tattoo with sharpie.
2.) Put baby powder on the drawing carefully.
3.) Spray hairspray on your drawing. (Baby powder still on)
4.) Wait a couple of minutes then wipe off the extra powder.
This tattoo can stay for about a month unless you scratch under water or rub it really hard.
