Dear readers,

Thanks so much for reading Woodland Bliss, my first narrative poem written in short chapters with no more than a hundred words each.

There are two first-person speakers: the female protagonist, Ravella Bellini, and the male protagonist, Andrew Berger. The two friends draw closer and overcome their fear and pain through shared adventures in the woodlands.

Mayra Tijssen (MayTijssen) has designed this beautiful cover. She is an amazingly talented artist, and I absolutely adore her work. Thank you ever so much. ♥

Please be aware that this is a raw draft and is subject to substantial changes. It's also an experiment. Unlike many narrative poems, this one is written entirely in free verse. If that doesn't work, I'll re-post the story as a full-length prose novel.

This story contains mild swearing, some kissing, one allusion to domestic violence, but it includes no sex scenes or graphic violence. As such, I've rated it 12A/PG-13.

Updates will take place twice daily (one from each POV) until completion.

If you feel so inclined, your support is greatly appreciated. Every vote matters. :) I try to answer every comment and/or question. It always makes me smile when readers add a story of mine to their reading lists and libraries. I'd be so grateful if you shared my story with your friends.

I'm also quite diligent about editing my work after the raw draft is finished. If you offer constructive criticism, I will listen and incorporate necessary changes.

Thanks once again for reading. Enjoy!

Happy reading and writing,

Renée
