Death
She walked carelessly down the road, the blue moon shown down upon her casting shadows in her way.
She wobbled trying to reach home...
Trying to limp to safety
An owl hooted and her blood ran cold...it ran even colder down her arms...
Vision blurring but almost their...
Her steps where laborious but it was for a cause
A race against death
Death followed close behind her, anticipating for when her heart took its last beat
Waiting to absorb the essence of her taking her last breath...
It didn't have to wait long...it lingered awhile...
Watching as her soul struggled trying to remain in her shell.
It was much too late for the girl
An unfortunate party...an out of the blue event
She wasn't expecting death to follow
But it did anyways.
Then she dropped to the floor knowing death was right behind her that death is inevitable and that it was her time.
And so as death consumed her souls in a satisfying moan.
It left her shell fragile and cold.
