After I started to have my panic attack, everything was a blur from there on. All the emotions of that day started to take control over my whole body. I felt myself fall onto the ground having trouble breathing while I faintly heard Erika yelling for the rest of Team 10 while Tessa called an ambulance. I could feel myself getting lightheaded and I felt someone grab my hand. "Sapphire, you'll be okay! Just take deep breathes with me." I heard Jake's voice. He was breathing in and out with me to help me get me out of my panic attack. Soon the ambulance arrived and the paramedics were surrounding me. "Sapphire! Honey, just take deeps breathes with me." I heard Diana's voice. Diana's has always helped me. She knows what happened to me two years ago because she was there after it happened. She knows everything about me. Just the sound of her voice made my breathing calm down. I hugged her tightly. "I know Sapp. I know." She said comforting me as I cried into her shoulder.
