Make Up

-Xavier's POV-

"Dude, what happened there..." Austin said to me looking so confused,

"Nothing just drop it..." I said so annoyed, I could see the pain in Mia's eyes as I said that I wasn't her boyfriend,

I sighed and rolled my eyes, I just had to forget about it,

"No Xavier, you don't have to be a jerk to Mia, gosh... She is so hurt, did you even see that?" He said practically shouting at me, I sighed and looked at him

"Austin do you not think that I see she is hurt! I am doing it because I have to, I'm not allowed to be near her so it's just easier for me to push her away..." I said trying to calm myself down before I hit something or someone.

"Well you don't have to be so harsh towards her..." Austin said and then walked away, angry with me.

I sighed and grabbed my bag off of the bench and walked in the opposite direction that Austin and Mia went in.

-Mia's POV-

I walked out the bathroom as Rosie and I went to our separate classes, I walked with my head low thinking about yesterday and this morning, I looked up and saw the guy Xavier was hanging out with, walking in my direction, I tried to dodge him but it didn't work so well,

"Mia!" He said calling out.

"Uhm... Hi?" I said looking confused,

"I'm so sorry about earlier on, Xavier was being a jerk, I think you should talk to him, he seems upset, I'm a little confused why though..." He said giving me a hug and then walking away, which startled me, I turned around and caught up to him quickly,

"I didn't catch your name?" I asked,

"Austin," He said smiling, I nodded and then left him to go to my class...

I sighed as I watched Xavier enter the class, remembering that I have almost every class with him, I watched him come closer and closer and then sat down next to me, I cannot believe he does this to me...

"Why are you sitting next to me?" I asked softly,

"I've been sitting here when you haven't been here, it's you that shouldn't be sitting next to me." He said sounding so harsh,

His comments kept getting worse and worse, I shook my head and left him to be mean. I stood up and walked away to another open desk so I wouldn't have to sit next to that jerk.

When the bell rang I left in a hurry to avoid Xavier,

"Mia wait!" I heard him say behind me, I turned around and saw him pushing through the crowd towards me.

"Can we talk." he asked, that was the most polite thing he has said to me since yesterday.

"Sure" I said sighing.

We walked to the cafeteria with Xavier following behind me, we found an empty table and sat down, we sat there for about five minutes in awkward silence until Xavier spoke up...

"I'm sorry Mia, I never meant all those words..." He said which made me frown,

"What do you mean by that! You have pushed me down so much the past two days it's not even funny! Even that guy Austin apologized for you cause even he thought it was low for you!" I said raising my voice.

"Mia I love you!" He said also raising his voice,

"Doesn't seem like it, yesterday you told me it was over and today you did it again!" I said so shocked by his words,
