When the Weasleys arrived in Egypt, they were greeted by Bill, Charlie, and blistering heat that was being reflected from the sand. They weren't expecting to see Charlie there, so his presence was a complete surprised. Just as Fred expected, as soon as they were settled into the hotel they staying in, Charlie was at his side.

"So... What's going on with you and Honey?" He asked, trying to sound casual.

"Nothing." He said instantly, trying to figure out where George had gone.

"Are you sure?" He asked skeptically. Something had changed about the way he answered- he wasnt defensive, any more.

"I'm tired of- hiding." He confided, gesturing forward with his hands softly. "So I'm not going too anymore, but as of now, nothing."

"That's the best thing I've heard regarding this since Christmas." He said with a smirk,

"What does that mean?" He asked instantly, catching on to his tone. His eyebrows rose and he could feel his heart pick up. "Did she say something to you?"

"You're in for a good year." He said, clapping a hand on his shoulder with a smirk, and leaving him there to thing about what he said. Honey had said something to him about Fred, and he wanted to know what it was.

Charlie never budged about what Honey had told him, and while it was not forgotten, Fred tried not to dwell on it. He wanted to enjoy his time with his family, and he did. He and George got in a lot of trouble for trying to lock Percy in a pyrimd they were touring, but their weren't many incidents other than that, they behaved themselves. On the third day there, Fred was sitting out in the sand when a kitten came bounding up to him, its little paws sinking into the sand. He picked it up instantly, not even noticing how skinny it was until he did so because of the amount of fur that it had. Molly wasn't too pleased when he brought it in, but when he said that he would give it too Honey when they got home, as she had been talking about getting a kitten and they needed to get her a souvenir anyway, she agreed to letting him keep it with them. He sent a letter to Xenophilius asking if it was okay for him to bring it to her as a surprise, and he agreed.

The kitten took a strong attachment to Fred during the days they stayed in Egypt, and they wondered if he would be able to let little guy go when they got home. He needed something to call it until he gave it to Honey, so he called him Tiberius. After three weeks, the group returned home. They got home early in the morning, so they all showered and unpacked, then Fred stated walking to Honeys house with the kitten in his arms. George wanted to sleep, so he was going on his own. As soon as Fred broke away from the trees and approached the Lovegood house, he was nearly tackled into a hug by Honey.

"Fred!" She breathed in excitement, almost as if she couldn't believe he was there. He couldn't help but chuckle and hold her tightly, bringing the kitten around in his hand so they didn't squish it between them. "When did you get back?"

"About two hours ago, I came to give you you're souvenir!" He said excitedly, reluctantly pulling away from her.

"You didn't have t- Oh!" She started, but squealed excitedly when he pulled the kitten into view. Her reaction was everything he'd hoped, and he couldn't help but grin.

"A beautiful cat for a beautiful girl." He said quietly, putting it in her arms. She was too preoccupied to hear him, as she held the little guy up making him meow. Fred was a little nervous, considering that if anyone but him would try and hold him, the kitten would hiss, but he just purred in Honeys hands. He spoke louder next, "I saw him and thought of you. Your dad already said it was okay for you to keep him."

"Ahh! He's so cute! Thank you so much!" She said, launching herself into his arms again. "What's he called?"

"I've been calling him Tiberius, because it was the most Egyptian name I could think of' but you can change it if you want." He said as she let go of him to look at the calico kitten again.

"Tiberius Weasley. I like it." She said smiling.

"Weasley?" He asked with a laugh.

"Our son." She confirmed with a giggle.

Honey pulled Fred inside with her with her free hand, much to his delight. Her father and Luna fawned over the kitten all the while all Fred could think about was Honey's hand in his. Her dad pulled put a bag of stuff he had gotten in preparation for the kitten, so the two of them headed up to her room. While Honey set up the cats stuff, Fred laid in her bed and looked around the room. She had paintings on the walls, not on paper, of all him and Fred, along with her family and his. She was an excellent painter, but didn't paint anywhere but her room, meaning he didn't get to see her art often as he was hardly ever in there.

When Honey was done, she looked over to see Fred dozing off, and couldn't stop herself from crawling into bed beside him. She started off next to him, face to face, but he smiled at her and pulled her closer to him by the waist making her face heat up. She was never one to blush often, so she hid her face in his neck so he didn't see the effect he had on her. Her heart was going wild from his bold move, but she couldn't help but laugh when Tiberius jumped up and curled up in the space where their arms rested against each other. Fred laughed too and the two of them pet the small cat happily until Honey fell asleep, with Fred not far behind. He woke up up just enough to tell her goodbye when he had to leave, but not enough that she wouldn't go back to sleep. After complaining for a second, she was asleep again, making him smile. Tiberius was curled up on her chest sleeping soundly.

The morning came much to quickly, bringing news of Sirius's Blacks escape. It was the hot topic of the breakfast table, and Honey waltzed in just as Arthur was explaining what it was he did, with Tiberius around her shoulders like a scarf. No one noticed her there until she let out a small comment about how horrible it was from her seat in between Fred and George. They were expecting her after all, so they saved her a seat. Once all the Black talk was over, the twins started telling her all about their trip, and were dissapointed after breakfast that Ginny had already claimed Honey for the day. She blew the two of them a kiss as they went into their room with pouts and she followed Ginny up the stairs.
