I woke up the next morning tired. I took around and saw Ryan still asleep. Slipping out of bed, I got myself dressed and tapped Ryan telling him am on my way.

'Awee, you're going already' He pouted which caused a smile to appear on my lip

'Yeah, sorry I can't stay any longer' Walking around to give a hug

Taking out a piece of paper he gave it to me 'Call me sometime'

'Sure' Taking it and walking out the door 'Bye babe.'

I tore the paper and dumped it in the closet bin there is, making my way outside to catch a cab home.

'Anybody here ??' I asked once I step inside the house

'Yasss bxtch, I'm here' Abbey shouted 'How was your night?'

'It was fun' I replied with a smile on my face as I remembered last night

'So it's sunday, what we gonna do today?'  She asked stuffing her face in sweets

'I actually wanted to go check on Renee, I really do miss her'

'I just need to call the doctor to check if I can come around' I said as I walked to my bag and took out my phone

Doc: Hello Tanya, how are you

Me: I'm fine thanks, how about you ??

Doc: I'm good

Me: How is my mother doing 

Doc: We're trying our best

Me: ....Thank you, and I'm calling to see if I can spend the day with Renee

Doc: She's fine but umm not today, she's spending the day with my wife and kids, how about tomorrow morning

Me: Okay, thank you. Can I have the address please

Doc: Yes sure, i'll text it to you on my break

Me: Thank you

Doc: Anytime

I hung up and spent the rest of my sunday watching netflicks with Abbs while eating the house dry.

'Have a lovely day at work ' I shouted to Abbs as she walked out the door

'You too babe, and tell Renns and your mom hi for me' She shouted back

I decided to check on my mother since I haven't checked on her since the last time I saw Renee.

I got dressed in my business wear, and went out the door.

I spent about an hour playing with her before I had to go and check on mom.

'Hello mother' I said looking at her from the door

'Hello daughter dear' She smiled

'how are you doing ??'

'I'm fine thanxs, how has things been?' She said patting the space beside her

'It's been okay and Renne said hi' I smiled

'I'm not, everything is going to be fine and it will be okay,' I breathed 'I'm gonna carry on saving my money and you'll get better, I swear.' I said with determination in my voice

I walked in the office and got in the lift to my floor still feeling damped. I was just about to sit when the girl next to me said 'Tanya, boss said she wanted to see you when you came in'

'Thank you, and I'll be there in a minute.'

'Hello boss, hear you wanted to see me' I stood in front of her desk with my head down.

'Yes' She said handing me a letter 'Read it'

I opened it and it was a sack letter. 'Ma'am'

'Sorry but your time here is up. You come here whatever time you want and-'

'I forgot, I went to check on my sick mother in the hospital and went to check my lil sister in hands of another family, and it must have slipped my mind.'

'Well I am sorry to hear that but didn't you know it's very unprofessional to let family get into busines? What did I expect anyway? A teenager like you. Leave my office, pack your things and go.'

I was speechless and felt like shxt, I didn't even know what to do.
