Things you will need
newspaper.
alcohol(if you do not have that or you're underage use hand sanitizer).
Base coat.
Nail polish(use colours like yellow,pink,white,orange,light green and grey)do not use dark colours so that the black writings from the newspapers are visible.
cotton wool
*wash your hands with soap and water.
*apply base coat on your nails.
*after a while apply the first coat of nail polish.
*apply the final coat of nail polish after the first coat has dried up.
*take your alcohol or sanitizer and apply on one nail and let it rest for ten seconds.
*place your newspaper strip on your nail and rub on the strip using cotton wool for three minutes.
*after finishing apply top coat on your nails.
*look at your nails and sigh
