Annie POV

The lights were off when I slipped out of bed, he lay there so quietly. So peacefully, his small little feet wrapped up in his one suit, laying in his cot. A thin blue blanket covering him up.

"My sweet baby boy."

I whispered as I touched my fingers to his face, brushing them lightly over his cheekbone. I lifted my hand away and placed a small kiss on his head.

I walked to the window and saw Jacob standing outside with his dad, they were talking but more cars were pulling up.

I put on a gown and walked down stairs, leaving my sweet baby asleep in his cot. Safe.

I walked out and stood next to Jacob.

"What's going on?"

He turned around to look at me, shock all over his face.

"Annie? Wow I haven't seen you for years. How are you?"

"Jacob what are you talking about I just fell asleep."

He laughed at me and turned around, I didn't realise he was holding hands with another girl. She was dressed in a white gown. A wedding dress. What was going on.

"We just got married."

He looked so happy. The girl's handing he was holding turned around. The shock seeped out of me.

"Her, to her? Jacob snap out of this. You wouldn't marry her!"

He laughed then pulled her in for a kiss.

Jacob POV

I ran through the door, to Annie screaming out. Not just crying but calling out someone's name.

"Amy! You bitch! Amy!"

I ran in, and grabbed her hand. She pushed me away.

"How could you?"

She was sobbing now, what had I done. Why was she screaming Amy?

"You married her, not me. Her you had a baby boy!"

I looked at her and grabbed her hand.

"It was all just a bad dream Annie, wake up. Just wake up."

My dad was standing at the door, on the phone with the ambulance. This was horrible.

"Annie wake up, come on wake up!"

"You married her! You laughed at me. Left me on my own!"

She kept screaming at me, and trying to hit me, I turned and faced my dad but at that stage she got a hand free and scratched me across the face. I had tears streaming down my face, mixing with the fresh blood. I wasn't crying cause she scratched me, but because she was worrying me. She wasn't waking up.

"Please wake up Annie"

I whispered to her as she sat there motionless and quiet. Then another fit took over.
