Pointed fingers at you
Honey, you didn't give up.
When they called you fat
Sweetie, I'm glad you didn't starve yourself.
And when all they offered you was criticism
Love, I'm glad you didn't give up.
When they called you ugly
Darling, I'm happy you held yourself together.
When everyone else kept
Pulling you down,
Sweetheart, it's great you didn't give up.
This is for all those times you had to fight hard for yourself: I'm proud you didn't give up
So what's keeping you from not giving up, now?
