I'm still stunned that Taylor got out of jail. Why didn't Mia tell me this before? I can't believe her.
"Samantha! It's for you!" Mia yelled.
"Hello?" I said into the phone.
"Hi, Samantha." A familiar voice said.
"Who are you? And how do you know my name?" I said.
"You don't remember me? I'm Taylor. Your high school sweetheart." Taylor said.
"Taylor?! How the hell did you get out of jail?" I said.
"Oh, you know. Using your money. AND your daughter. Or should I say-OUR daughter." Taylor said.
"Why you little-" I began.
"Ah ah ah. let's not use bad words." He said. And then he hung up.
"Mia! guess who that was!?" I said in surprise.
"The pizza man?" Mia said.
"No. Taylor Smith!" I said in anger.
"Taylor? I thought I arrested that dude!?" Mia said.
"Well, apparently ,you didn't. Do something about this RIGHT NOW!" I said.
"OK,OK. I'll try and track him down, OK?" Mia said.
I can't believe he used my daughter to get to me.
