Many years after the Office of the President approved the New Millenium Educational Reform Act [aka. The BR Act] in the country of The Republic of the Philippine Archipelago, the BR Committee requested the government to expand the Act not just to junior high school students but also in the college level. The Government Seat voted for this and the result was 3 out of 2.
The government will choose a section or block to participate in the program. They will compete until only one will remain. They will hold this game in an abandoned island or town. Within three days, they must kill each other and they should have a winner within the time limit.
