Why do you let your bad habit trick you?
After it brought you down,
The first and second time.
Maybe even a third and fourth time.
Why can't you just stay away?
It is not good for you.
You tell others to take care of themselves,
To ditch the toxic behaviors.
No matter how wounded you become,
You continue.
You destroy yourself.
You lose your friends.
You lose the trust that meant the most to you.
