Christmas day

It's Christmas Day and I've never been this depressed in my life I mean who wouldn't be 18 dying from cancer it sucks well I hear everyone is awake I head downstairs and see everyone on the couch waiting for me I sit beside rocky

"Merry Christmas"

"Thanks rocky but I'm not in a good mood"

"Why?"

"Cancer rocky Cancer is slowly killing me and I can't stop it I'm in constant pain and I'm always needing help from y'all and it makes me feel like shit"

"*sigh* ross..listen we want to help you you're our baby brother and we love you so much now get out of this grumpy mood and let's open presents"

"Okay"

Everyone opened gifts riker got some clothes and shoes and a new mic rydel got makeup clothes a new mic and a piano stand rocky got a new guitar a mic and clothes ryland got clothes a dj set and some other things I got clothes a new guitar a new mic and that was about it with presents laura was coming over soon so I needed to go upstairs and get ready I slowly walked up by the time I got to my door I was out of breath I honestly hated this shit I went to my closet and grabbed my black and red flannel and my blue jeans and my red vans I got dressed and messaged Laura she was surprisingly was already here I walked out my room and down the stairs and seen my beautiful girlfriend in her red and black dress with her red heels she was so cute with her bouncy ombré curls and that adorkable smile of hers I was greeted happily with a kiss and a hug and my mom snapping pictures of everyone like she does every year we finally ate and all went outside and sat by the fire Laura's head was resting on my shoulder I looked down at her and smiled

"Are you okay ross?"

"Yeah I'm great as long as you're here"

"Ross are we going to be okay?"

"Yes laur of course we are! I'm not going anywhere"

"How are you sure of that?"

"Laura look at me"

She had tears in her eyes I gently cupped her face and kissed her we pulled away and she smiled

"I promise as long as I live I'll always be here"

"Promise??"

"Promise"
