It's been 3 hours since ross was taken back we've been worried sick they haven't even came out with no news I'm still angry at riker he has made my blood boil finally after waiting forever the doctor come out but with a sour face

"Lynch family?"

"That's us is everything okay?"

"Well we got his breathing somewhat stable but please excuse me for the words I'm about to say"

"What?"

"We found another tumor..in his brain..and he has less than 3 months to live..I'm sorry"

Those words echoed trough my head my world stopped my best friend isn't going to be here longer than we expected we gave the doctor a sour face and he looked at his clipboard and cleared his throat

"Just keep him comfortable as possible okay?"

We gave the doctor a nod and he walked away we began to walk back to Ross's room how is this possible my younger brother is going to pass away before I do..this really sucks..I don't want him to go..we finally made it to his room he was sitting on his bed watching tv and scrolling through his phone he smiled time he seen us he threw his arms up for me to come hug him I walked up to him and sat on the bed and hugged him for awhile and thought "does he even know?"

"Uh ross there's something we need to tell you.."

"Hm..?"

"Well......you're cancer has worsened and you don't have much longer with us"

Ross looked down I seen a few tears  fall laura walked over to him and comforted him I can't do this

"I need to go."

I ran out the room riker and rydel tried chasing me but it was no use I'm the fastest runner besides ross I made it outside and sat under a tree I curled up into a ball and sobbed I couldn't take hiding and holding it in anymore..this really hurts I'm losing my best friend over cancer.. i don't know what to do I eventually went back inside the hospital after crying forever  I was greeted by Ratliff at the door who pulled me into a hug

"Rocky..we were worried sick about you.."

"I'm fine"

"Promise?"

"I promise"

"Well they're releasing Ross so we can go ahead to the car"

"Okay"

We started walking to the car as I was thinking about Christmas and Ross's birthday how they might be his last he will be 19 this year he shouldn't have to die now he's to young he struggles to breath everyday he has to do have help with almost everything I want my little brother to get better back to his normal self if he does I don't think R5 will be a thing anymore.. because they'll only be R4 and it just won't be the same..I get in the car and put my headphones in I hit shuffle on my phone and close my eyes to forget everything that has happened today..
