Taehyung and I walked to my house swinging our hands
I was about to ring the doorbell.. but the door was open so I decided to go in instead..
"Halmeoni.. we have news for you.." I heard Hoseok's voice
"Liz-" I placed my finger on my lips to quiet Tae down
Taehyung obliged and we both slowly made our way upstairs
"We're engaged" Yoongi and Hoseok said in a unison
I bit my bottom lip, refraining me from screaming out
We reached my room quietly
I sighed in relief
"Oh my gosh.. I was about to scream out"
"So, Hyung wanted your halmeoni to know first.. thats fair" He smiled at me and dragged me to my own bed
We both plopped down on it
I turned to my side and faced him
"Hey Tae..."
"Yeah?" He faced me
I didnt reply for a minute so he started doing funny faces
I giggled at his sillyness
"I feel happy"
And I wasnt lying..... I really feel.. like.. Im happy
Im slowly accepting that not all promises are supposed to be kept
Not everything has to be the way it was... I had to accept that I rejected opportunities because I waited
But thats ok..
Because now.. I have someone who likes me and hes willing to get to know me
"Me too.. Im happy too.."
We both just wandered in eachother's eyes
Until the door suddenly opened on us
"Woah!" I sprung up and saw Yoongi and Hoseok standing there holding hands
They both looked at us with shocked expression
"If we were interrupting, we'll-"
"No,no.. Its ok.. right Tae?"
"I suppose" Tae looked up to the couple in front of us
Hoseok sighed
"I wanted to let you know next because ofcourse, youre my bestfriend and my cousin.."
I felt restless
Just say it dammit!
"hoo.. ok.. Yoongi and I.. are"
My attention was all on them
"Are.. getting married!"
He finally said it!
"BIIITTCCHHH!!!!" I jumped off my bed and sprinted towards the two
I hugged them and jumped like a monkey
"ABOUT TIME! OH MY GOOODDD!!!! BLEEESSS!!" I can finally scream out
"Litch calm your self down!" Hoseok pulled me away from them and I was almost losing my throat
"Congrats hyungs! So happy for you both!" Tae clapped his hands with a big smile plastered on his face
"BITCH, THE RING! LET ME SEE!!"
