The sudden urge
The intense feeling
That if I am
Who I am
Then
Those who are
What they seem
To oblige to what
They say they are
Have the right to know
The real me.
The one who sings in the shower
Not
The one who's shy on stage.
The one who dances in her bedroom
Not
The sweet shy poet.
The one who blasts heavy metal
Not
The one who's been playing Beethoven since she was three.
Who really is the real me?
