Chapter 15 : I'll stay not just for a while
Busy ako sa pag-aaral to catch-up on our previous lessons since marami akong namiss. I really felt so motivated these past few days, and that's because of my boo. While doing so, my little brother approached me while holding my phone na ipinahiram ko para hindi ako guluhin.
"Ate mommy!"
"Yes po?" Nakangiting baling ko sa kanya. Day by day nasasanay na siyang tawagin akong ate mommy na siyang tinuro ko kasi napagkakamalan na talaga akong batang ina, hays. Hindi naman sa hindi gusto pero hindi gusto ng parents ko.
"What's the passcode of your phone?"
"Lemme, open it." I lend my hand to get it but, he shakes his head. "What? Haha. I'm going to open it." He narrows his eyes and look at me intensively. "Why-are-you...looking at me like that?" I unbelievably asked and chuckled at his cuteness. "You know my passcode, don't you?"
He nodded, "But, I just noticed something on your phone, hmm." Sinipat niya ang kabuuan ng phone ko like there's something wrong with it.
Ugh, this kid. Nagrereview ako e.
Binaba ko ang pen ko at hinarap siya ng maayos. I look at him and patiently waited on whatever concern he has.
"WHO IS THIS???" he widened his eyes and asked like he was so shock while showing my phone right in front of my face. Aww, cute baby brother. May patakip bibig pa siyang nalalaman and gestured his hand like, 'lagot ka'.
I rest my chin on my hand and smiled at him, "Are you trying to show me how my phone looks like when it's on a sleep mode? Ha, baby brother?"
"Open it, Ate mommy."
"Alright," I sigh. "I thought you know the passcode," I mumbled.
I entered my passcode and it opens. Bumungad sa'kin ang wallpaper ko na mas nakapagpangiti sa'kin, I really love it. Naalala ko na naman tuloy ang moment namin kahapon and how cute she was when I showed my phone clearly nothing but, shutdown. She wasn't able to see who my wallpaper is kaya super busangot siya, hahaha. As if ipapakita ko di ba? Not yet. Not now. Pero nakita naman niya ang picture sa likod ng phone ko which is picture naming dalawa. Wala siyang comment kundi tango lang. Nakakainis nga. Hindi ba siya kinilig? Doesn't she felt special?
"Oh, here. What's wrong with my phone?"
"Who is this?!" Sabay pakita ng screen ko. Bumunga sa'kin ang wallpaper kong pagkaganda-ganda.
Nagpalipat-lipat ako ng tingin sa phone at sa kapatid ko. Ngumiti ako. "My girlfriend," chill kong sagot.
"Girlfriend?" confuse niyang tanong.
"Yeah, like girlfriend and boyfriend thing, you know." Pinagmasdan ko siyang maigi nang hindi siya nakasagot agad. He was like internalizing the whole shit haha. "Ate likes——!".
