Today we respect FIRE and the charms of warmth, light, and smelting (melting) powers. On our birthday cakes, FIRE sits and slowly eats candles representing our next year of age. We make a wish on FIRE's contained enchanted magic positioned on the candles. Then we blown FIRE out, we lick off the icing off the candles, and we cut the cake to offer to our friends and family for our next year of power, happiness, and growth.
