Chapter twenty

I pressed the FaceTime button on Aribella's name and waiting for the call to connect. After about eight rings connecting... appeared on the screen. The called connected and I was welcomed by looking at the kitchen ceiling.
"Hello?" I asked as I heard the kitchen cupboards close in the background.
"Hi bab- Justin" Aribella said and muttered a small fuck under her breath.
"What's up?"
"Not much just about to prepare the boys lunch, you?"
"Just in my room"
"That makes it sound like you're at your moms house and she told you off and sent you to your room and your secretly calling me without her knowing" she let out a loud cute laugh and then I started to laugh, I've missed hearing her laugh.
"You good tho?"
"Yeah, I'm going out tonight so Wolf and Ted are going to your moms house for the night"
"You going out with Tiana?"
Aribella walked back over to her phone and propped it up against on the counter so I could see her. She had dyed her hair back to brown, she looked beautiful. Her outfit was pretty simple, an oversized tshirt dress with no bad days on the front, she looked so cute tho.
"I'm not going with Tiana no. You guys have been hanging out a lot recently"
"She's my friend just as much as yours Aribella, we just go for coffee and have a chat. I don't have that many friends and she's listens"
"I know..sorry"
"Where are Wolf and Ted?"
"I'll go and get them" she put down the spoon on the counter and walked out of the kitchen.

After about a minute I heard little feet patting against the floor.
"Daddy!" Wolf shouted as he picked up Aribella's phone, I was greeted to a close up of my boys face.
"Hi bud"
"When you coming home?"
"Soon, I promise. What have you and Ted been doing today?"
"Playing. KenKen and Bean are coming now"
He calls Banu, Bean because he can't quite pronounce her name properly so he's called her Bean since he's met her and it's stuck.
"Tell auntie Ken I said hello okay? Where's Ted?"
"Here, he's grumpy because he's not long woke up" Aribella piped up in the background, she walked over with Ted in her arms. They were all stood together looking at me on the screen, my beautiful family.

A FEW DAYS LATER - UK CHARITY EVENT

Tonight so far has been so good but emotional for everyone here. Four millions pounds has been raised so far, I've donated some money to the charity and so has Scooter. It's amazing what a country can do when it comes to raising money for other people who really need it. I'm wearing black suit pants and jacket and a black and white shirt I thought I better make an effort.

The performances have been great so far. Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Perrie Edwards, Paloma Faith and some group I've never heard of before have sang and they were all great. I caught up with Perrie after her performance, I can't remember the last time I saw her to be honest. She asked how Ari and the boys are and that when she's back in the US she'll come over.

"You good?" Scooter leaned over and asked me.
"Yeah, it's nearly over isn't it?" He nodded in response and looked forward at the stage, we are a few rows from the front.

Kourtney K walked on stage with a microphone in her hand, she looked stunning tonight.
"And now a surprise guest will take the stage.
No one knew she was coming tonight, I guess it was a last minute thing. She will be performing a little throwback of hers that sold over three million copies worldwide. She has had great success all over the world and all at the age of 22. She has also done a lot for charity and has a huge heart. So please give a warm welcome to the last performer of the night and my good friend Aribella Bieber!"

Kourtney K announced and my mouth dropped open. Not once did Aribella mention to me that she was performing here, what the hell.
"Did you know Bells was performing tonight?"
I asked Scooter just as the lights began to dim.
"No I swear" he said in a hush tone.

The white lights went out and blue ones appeared and the spotlight was on the stand in the middle of the stage. Aribella walked out and my god, she looked like an angel and I fell in love with her more.
She was wearing a white lace two piece set and nude heels, her make up was light and natural and her hair was up in the half up half down style that she loves.
