All I can see is dressed in a white Salwar Kameez and veil on her head is Preeta singing the morning arti and doing puja. Everyone started coming to do their puja . After giving us the Prasad (sweet) we all took the arti and she took the sindoor( vermilion) and gave us tilak ( something like a bindi) she gave everyone but no one gave her.
I took the sindoor to give her a tilak but before I made the tilak on her forehead Adi bhai came and slapped me on my shoulder letting me stumble into something as I looked up I just realised that I applied sindoor on her head as a bride.😶
All were shocked as I stared at her all they told her that it was a mistake and to wash it off. It bothered me when they said to wash it off but I ignored it and carry on as today is my engagement.

Omg today Karan and I will get engaged and this is the best moment for me. As I left the room I saw di coming out with her hair all wet and her forehead is kind of red like she applied sindoor.
She was lost in her world when I asked her what happened but she said soon I'll leave the house and she will miss me. I started crying after we consoled ourselves and went to help out with the stuff for today.
Time was passing by quickly and all were finished in time and ready for when the guess started showing up at 6 pm. Di made me ready and were in the room with me whilst the ceremony were going to start.
