(Night's POV)
This was going to be easy, piece of cake! I knew this song like the back of my hand! All my friends say that I sing like an angel...I guess they are spot on. I remember when I was young, I would sing when times would darken on me. I could go into context of how painful my childhood was, but then...I know I would be fighting back tears the next moment.
I was interrupted by the loud announcer on the other side of the curtain, "Now don't get too excited too early now, we have much more to come." a wave of hushed giggles came from the audience before he continued, "Alright, next up is Night the hedgehog singing Get out Alive."
Clapping was followed when I walked on stage, I sat down on the stool in the middle of the stage and looked out to the audience. well I tried to, but I couldn't see anybody except for the front row. They were all just dark figures, blinded by the spotlight directly on me. My confidence dropped a bit, but I kept my guard up.
The Instrumental started softly and I prepared myself for when I entered.
No time for goodbye he said
As he faded away

My hand was trembling a bit from nervousness, but nothing serious...I hope.

This song really meant something to me and I poured out this verse with all my heart....even though it sounds cheesy.

I was enlightened to hear the 'woo' ing from people, as to cheer me on.

I ended the song and the loudest eruption of cheers hit me like a bowling ball. 'I GOT A STANDING OVATION!' I thought to myself.
I giggled as I bowed and walked offstage. I feel like I have accomplished something..I am definitely doing this next year....
