Devin and I are hanging out with my friend Calix.
Calix and I are best friends, but today he's acting different than usual. He's been touchy and clingy but I've just been ignoring it.
We are watching the hangover, I'm sitting on the opposite side of the couch from Calix and Devin is sitting in between us. But right now Devin is in the bathroom so it's just me and Calix.
Calix scoots closer to me and tries to put his arm around my shoulder but I move a way form him nearly sitting in the edge. Devin comes back from the bathroom and sees Calix close to me so he glares at Calix. Calix sees Devin glaring at him so he moves back to his seat and Devin sits back down next to me.
I lay my head on his shoulder and he whispers to me "babe are you ok" I whisper back to him "yeah just confused Calix normally doesn't act like this around me".
We then turn back to the movie, throughout the move I fell someone looking at me. I see that it is Calix, he notice that I've caught him looking at me and he winks at me. I look away from him with a uneasy feeling in my stomach.
Soon the movie finishes and I'm in a hurry to leave so I can get away from Calix's confusing behaviour. So me and Devin get ready to leave and when we leave I give Calix a hug. But when I hug him I feel him grab my bum so I ghasp.
Devin sees this and tenses and says "y/n we need to leave now" with his teeth clenched. I can tell he is restraining to pinch Calix because he's my friend. So I say "ok" happy to leave. We leave and go to the house that Devin and I share and he goes straight upstairs ignoring my presence.
So I head upstairs after him, I find him in our room laying on the bed grumpily. I question him "Devin, baby what's wrong?" he sadly says "y/n go away".
I smile even though I shouldn't and say "you're jealous, aren't you?". He sighs and says "yes I am, Calix shouldn't have done that to you because you're mine and I love you with all my heart and no one else can have you because you're mine and I love you".
I smile with tears in my eyes and say "Devin I love you too I don't want to be with him anyone but you" and hug him. He says "I know but I don't want anyone acting like that with you unless it's me". I say "it's ok babe you don't have to worry about that because I'm all yours". I then kiss him gently and he kisses me back.
We then pull away and he says "I live you y/n" I smile and say "I love you too Devin".
