I'm not asking you to go back,
to what we had before.
I'm just asking you to stop acting like
you don't care about me anymore.
I'm not saying I haven't let go.
But I am saying,
I feel more alone.
The way this hurts me is like nothing else.
But with you I was the happiest I've ever felt.
In the end,
what does it feel like you pushed me away?
Wasn't it you who asked me to stay?
What if I already said "Goodbye"
and because you were to busy to see
it was too late to notice I left your side.
You say you won't forget me.
But I know that for a fact
that promise will expire once I'm out of your reach.
What if the last time you saw me was the last time you'd ever see me?
Would you even try to find me?
