Shayne's POV
It's been about 3 weeks since the first tutoring session. I'm still not sure if I "love" Courtney. I still bully her so she's not suspicious
But not as much
She's asked why
And I simply said " a waist of time"
She bought it obviously
But idk
As I walk to school I notice Courtney and her friends walking.
I see her and she looked really happy
A part of me wanted to wave but she doesn't see us as friends so I just try and ignore it
We finally arrive to school and start to head to our classes
I kinda walk with Courtney
Shayne-Sup b*tch!
I felt really bad after I said it
What's wrong with me?!
She looks as if her body tightened up.
We walk into class and I sit behind her

Courtney's POV
I tried and I eventually did end up having feelings for Noah
Now all I have to do is tell him.
During 1st period I write a note saying
Dear Noah,
I may be a bit late,but I love you. I tried and I did. I found out I actually love you more than a friend. If you still love me,do you think we could date?

I want to give it to him soon,but I'm afraid that he's moved on. He hasn't talked about it with me,and I'm to afraid to bring up the subject.
The day passes by quicker than expected and now I'm done with school for today
Just another day of tutoring
Shayne hasn't been bullying me as often
I asked about that day,that I still didn't want to get bullied but that I was just curious
He said I was a waste of his time
Which kinda hurt
I head to the bathroom
I do my business and outside awaits Shayne
Courtney-What do you want?!
I'm then trying to be held
It didn't feel nice
We end up on the floor with me pinned down
Courtney-Get off my Shayne!
Shayne-Why?!
Courtney-Cause this doesn't feel nice
Shayne-I do this to you often and it doesn't feel nice. I've had the feeling of being terrible and made fun of! And being treated like and idiot
Courtney-Shayne...

Shayne's POV
As I'm on her.
I look at her
And every inch of me wanted to kiss her
Why?!
Why is she doing this to me?!
I lean in at a very slow pace where it's unrecognizable that I was leaning into a kiss.
I stop myself
I get up and help her up
I corner her
Shayne-Courtney
Courtney-What do you want Shayne?!
Shayne-What does it mean to be in love
Courtney-I don't get why a person with no thoughts or emotions is asking that question!
Shayne-Tell me Courtney!
Courtney-We'll talk about it later
I let her be and as soon as she starts to walk
Courtney-Shayne...
I turn to her,to see her almost on the floor
Shayne-Courtney!
I catch her before she falls fully
I couldn't take her to the nurse since it wasn't open after school and my school won't allow after school kids which is dumb
So I carry her bridal position and call  a friend of mine to give us a ride to my house
I carry her into my room and lay her on my bed
I decided the she probably needed water and food
So I make a sandwich and get some water and wait for her to wake up
30 minutes go by and she finally wakes up
Courtney-Where am I?
Shayne-Your at my house
Courtney-What happened
Shayne-You fainted so I took you here
Courtney-Oh thanks
She said that with a smile
And my heart suddenly starts pounding
Probably loud enough to hear
Shayne-Here I figured you'd be hungry
I hand her the food
She gives me a strange expression
Shayne-What
Courtney-Nothing,thanks
I wait for her to finish and we start the tutoring
After it's all done we just talk
And we laugh
And I love making her laugh
Her smile is so pretty
And little does she know that when she scrunches up her face when she laughs I look at her
I feel as if she's mine and I'm her
Do I love her?
Shayne-Courtney,how do you know you love someone?
Courtney-I guess you have an attraction to them but that's not it,
You don't really have a reason. It just is and you know you love them because of how you feel around them. You feel as if you could stay with them forever and never get board. That's my definition of love.
Shayne-Do you love anyone besides you family?
Courtney-Why would I tell you that.
Shayne-Sorry
Courtney-It's ok
She eventually fell asleep like she sometimes does so I carried her to the car. I drove her to her house,put her in bed and watched her for a bit(not in a creepy way) she looked so beautiful
After that I talked with Kari again
Shayne-I'm just confused if I love her!
Kari-Listen,just tell her your sorry,FOR EVERYTHING.
Shayne-It's not that easy,especially since it started in middle school
Kari-The sooner the better
Shayne-Everytime I do something I feel horrible. I look at her in class sometime and just think how messed up I am to her.i feel like I love her but my brain says I hate her
Kari-It's fine Shayne. But please end this soon. As an old friend she'll forgive
Shayne-No she won't!
Kari-Shayne,she's cares about you even when you bully her. She hoped that you'd get some help and stop all of this.
Shayne-Really?
Kari-Yes,she may not love you like a friend or more but she does care.
Shayne-I know now
Kari-What
Shayne-I love Courtney Ruth Miller
