6 Months Later

Courtney's POV

It's been 6 months
Shayne and I don't talk as friends anymore
He's been bullying me for 7 months
Ever since that day he yelled at me.
I thought that over winter break he would forgive me and stop this. But he continued
He calls me and idiot,dumb*ss,and even onetime a slut. I have every class with him,so it's very difficult for me to avoid him. He's constantly harassing me and it really hurts. At first I tried to defend myself and tried to ignore it but it only got worse to the point were even when I did defend myself he was always a step ahead of me and outsmarted me. On picture day, he pushed me into the grass which left my shirt and jeans green and brown. I hated him. He eventually told me why he started this and if I could take it back to never meeting him
I would.
Even if it meant giving up the great days with him

I woke up and it was a Saturday
Thank god
I put on some jeans and a black shirt with a blazer. I decided that I would go for a walk around the neighborhood and maybe to the park
I texted in the group chat (Olivia,Ericka,and Mari)
Courtney-Hey Guys
Olivia-Huy gurl!!❤️
Ericka-Hey court
Mari-wassap?
Courtney-I was wondering if you guys could meet me at the park we wait after school at.
All-Yesss
Courtney-See you guys there👋
I turn off my phone and head downstairs to the door
Kari(Courtney's sister)-Where are you going?
Courtney-I was gonna go meet up with some friends at the park.
Kari-Ok,be safe
I leave the house taking in the fresh air.
Ahhh.
I start walking for a good 10 minutes
I should be there in about 5 minutes
I then feel something
Like someone's following me
I turn around and it's Shayne.
Courtney-Leave me alone Shayne!
Shayne-You made me feel helpless and useless! Why would I just stop!
Courtney-Listen,just leave me alone and I won't ever bother you again
I start to walk  in the same direction as the park, when I hear him running towards me.
I don't wanna make him feel the satisfaction of me running away so I continue walking
Which was a mistake
I'm then tackled down with Shayne on Topp(hehe,I didn't actually mean to make I joke but oh well 😂)
Courtney-Get off of me!!!
Shayne-No!
Courtney-Shayne,I mean it!
Shayne-What are you gonna do. I'm stronger than you!
I somehow manage to get up but he grabs my arms and squeezed it really tight
Courtney-Let go of me Shayne!!

Shayne's POV
I grab Courtney,she deserves what she's getting.
I then pull her towards me and push her onto the ground.
Courtney-Owww
I then notice that she landed on a red ant hill
I put some on her with a stick
Courtney-SHAYNE! THIS REALLY HURTS! GET THEM OFF ME.
I see her starting to cry I pick her up with her red hands
I then punch her stomach
But not too hard
She falls to the ground and I leave.

Courtney's POV

I fall to the ground holding my stomach.
I'm crying at this point
Courtney-How could he be such a jerk in a matter of seconds.
My hands are burning and I feel like throwing up.
I run to my house hoping no one sees and run to the bathroom. I put my hands under some cold water and they felt a lot better
But my hands still sting
I haven't told anyone that Shayne bullies me
I told my friends that we just aren't friends anymore
So his friends stop hanging out with my friends. But they don't bully me
I run to my room and text my friends that I wouldn't be able to make it because of the red ants
But ONLY because of the ants
I grab my pillow and cry even more.

Why Shayne? I'm sorry! I want you to forgive me. Please! I wanna be your friend again! Please! I love you Shayne Robert Topp (as a friend) Please! Stop hurting me! And with that I faint from the punch and ants.
