I prayed in my head to them, to finish the damn lunch and let's get the hell out of here. Thankfully we didn't stay that much and even I was tense I still started to relax a little.

When Sofira said goodbye to her mum she cried and I wanted to comfort her, but it felt strange, just hugging her shoulder and when she tensed I wanted to know why... When she hugged my waist and rested her cheek on my chest my heart did a strange flip. I wanted to cry out loudly but I rested my cheek on her head until she was ready to go, ready to let me go.

I missed her touch though... and it made me angry. Boiling inside.

I made us dinner and went to play on my PS4 for the rest of the night and went to bed later then I wanted to.

I woke up next day early. I was glad to wear my black jeans, along with my simple light blue shirt and zip up jumper. I only brushed my hair back, no styling at all. I opened my sport bag and put some sweatpants, shirt and towel in it. I grabbed my converse shoes and walked outside. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a water. I turned and spotted Sofira walking outside in a huge shirt and short.

"Morning, Firehead." I smiled putting my bag on my shoulder.

"Morning." She mumbled and I reached for the coffee maker and turned it on.

"You okay?" I asked her as she sat down.

"I am fine." She mumbled rubbing her eyes. I walked up to her and squated down in front of her. I put both of my hands on her legs and she looked at me wide eyes.

"You don't look fine to me." I sighed as she watched me. In that moment I decided to get her out from the apartment. I know she missed her mum. "Okay. Go. Dress up. We are going to the gym." I told her and she shake her head.

"No. I am okay." She protested and I stood up.

"Move, Firehead." I smirked at her and she stood up mumbling something and walked into her bedroom.

10 minutes later.

She walked outside in a blue jeans, a white shirt with some kind of writing on it, holding a deep blue jumper and her sports bag.

"Ready?" I smirked and she nodded. We left the apartment and locked it. "When do you need to go back to working?" I asked her as we walked up to my car. I might gonna use it more. I don't know yet. I missed driving around.

"Tomorrow." She mumbled sitting inside and I looked at her as she put her seatbelt on. I sighed and started to drive to the gym.

When we arrived an other receptionist welcomed us and she smirked at Sofira and started to flirt with me. I smirked at that smugly when she just throw Sofira's card back and she actually touched my hand when she handed mine back and winked.

"Stop being a seductive bitch and do your job." I smirked at her and turned away. Sofira giggled and I loved that fucking sound.

We went to change. Separately. I don't even know why I needed to point that out.

"Okay. What are you usually doing in the gym?" I asked her and she bit her lower lip looking around.

"Do some cardio, which is running and I am attending some self defence classes." She whispered the last one and I nodded.

"Okay. I am gonna warm up with the cardio with you. Then I am gonna hit the bag for a while..." I told her and she nodded.

We run. Together on the treadmill for 35 minutes and when we finished I went to take off my shirt and walked up to the boxing bag. All I needed is hit something. The tension in my body needed realise.

And I give it to it.

I kicked, punched, kneed, hit the bag and I was out of breath when I heard my name.

"Dylan?" I smirked turning at the voice and spotting my ex best friend. I looked around seeing Sofira watching me and She blushed as she realised I spotted her watching me. I winked at her as I looked at Aron.

"What do you want?" I asked him. We haven't seen each other in the last two years and I don't plan to see him ever again. He looked smug and I wasn't sure why?

"Nothing. I thought after two years we could say hi to each other if we meet." He shrugged and I chuckled rubbing my forehead. I felt the tension again. I was sweaty all over. I felt it on my back, chest and face. All I needed is a shower with the Redhead who was watching us now. Fuck.

"Wasn't enough saying goodbye in the Italian restaurant two years ago?" I asked him and he snickered.

"It wasn't really a goodbye, Dylan." He shook his head. "We couldn't even explain anything to you. You seen red. I never seen you like that before." He told me amazed and I crossed my arms around my chest.

"I wasn't interested in your explaination. I have seen you two kissing. That was enough for me." Just go fuck yourself and leave me alone, Aron. I don't want Sofira know this. I don't want her to know what I did.

"Yeah, I guess." He sighed.

"But we both regret it. That we lied to you." Oh fuck no.

"No." I sighed. "You can both go to hell." I hissed. "And if you don't want me to brake your nose again you better fucking leave now." I hissed stepping closer to him. He went to hold up his hands and slowly walked backwards leaving the room. Coward. I turned spotting Sofira watching.

"Who was that?" She asked me stepping closer.

"That was my ex best friend. Aron." I smirked. "I broke his nose in that Italian restaurant where we went yesterday." Her eyes widened and she stepped backwards hitting the punching bag with her back. "Are you scared of me?" I asked her whispering. She didn't answered and in that moment I knew why? Somehow I just knew why she was like this. I looked away becasue I didn't want her to see that I figured that she was scared of guys. She was scared becasue someone hurt her before.

"No." I can see her swallowing hard and see her knuckles getting white. I stepped closer to her and touched her hands. I tried to flatten her hands out and she give in after seconds and I looked into her eyes.

"Don't." I whispered. "Don't be scared." I touched her cheek and she leaned into my touch. What the hell was going on between us? I moved my hand down and slowly stroke her neck, and curl my fingers around her neck from behind. I pulled her closer to me and leaned down. Our lips almost touched as her hand landed on my abs. Skin to skin. Inches away. Her eyes searched mine. Fuck. After this I will defintily need an other cold shower. "Tell me to stop. " I whispered and she whimpered in my arms.

"Dylan! Dude?" I quickly stepped away from Sofira and I tried to mask everything what just happened to us. Fucking hell.

"Brian?" I cleared my throat and stepped up to him. We shook hands as he smirked.

"You look sweaty." He laughed and looked at Sofira. He widened his eyes and grinned at me. "Who is that?" He asked me and I chuckled looking at Sofira.

"Sofira? This is Brian my best friend." I told her and she nodded waving to him.

"Nice to meet you, Brian." She smiled shyly and Brian arched his brows. "I am gonna go and change." She told me looking at me and slowly walking away. I looked at Brian.

"So she is your roommate." He nodded and I smiled.

"Yep."

"She is pretty." I looked at him and I nodded waiting more from him. "You two looked cozy." He winked and I rolled my eyes.

"We are roommates. Nothing else." I told him and grabbed my shirt.

"Okay. Okay. I am gonna go for a run. We will talk later?" He asked me and I sighed.

"Aron was here." He widened his eyes at me and looked around.

"You don't look bloody or drunk." He looked all over me.

"I told him to go to hell." I shrugged.

"What did he want?" He asked me and I shrugged again.

"I don't know and I don't care." I told him and he nodded. "I need a shower. I stink." He laughed waving and I walked away towards the changing rooms and showers.
