Surprise Gone Wrong

2-3 days after the incident in the cafeteria..

— MICH –

     It is 12:00 in the afternoon. Mom and I were on the way back home from Cavite and well— I think we all knew what the hell happened back there. I was sitting on the shotgun seat while Mom's the one who's driving, she insisted on driving so I let her. Ayaw niya magpapigil, eh. So, hinayaan ko na lang and besides it's for the best because I don't think I can ever focus on the road whilst thinking deeply into the past events that had happened this week.

     A few minutes later when I unconsciously stared down into oblivion. Staring at the windows, being so random and weird for no reason, and not knowing why it just makes you a little insane. Suddenly I woke up like I was in a trance, still sitting on the shotgun of my mom's car, and just like that, we arrived at our home. 

     1:38 in the afternoon. When Mom and I came home from Cavite. I was exhausted from all the road trip and such and I decided to take a nap. I kissed my Mom's temple and said that if she needs anything, I would be in bed while hugging my pillows like it was my lifeline. Walking up the stairs was a nightmare for me I could feel my body exerting too much effort, it was draining me, I feel like dying. I might've just exaggerated that but it was all too much for me.

     Much to my dismay over exerting efforts and crap I almost crash to the cement floor, what a clumsy little git. And yes, I am talking to myself. Can't blame me though I had enough time to sleep yesterday but I also had too much work and too many assignments to do, well work related assignments.

     Oh, well. Off to bed. 💤

     I woke up at 3:52 in the afternoon, it was quite late for me. I have classes at 4:30 so I am panicking a little. I took a quick bath and wore a completely different yet comfortable clothes, obviously not making an effort because I feel so tardy today.

     I grabbed everything I needed, dumeretso sa kotse at pinaharurot ito papuntang school. Nagdasal na nga ako sa lahat ng santo na sana 'wag akong mahuli ng pulis dahil 'kung hindi malalagot ako sa professor namin. Masungit pa naman 'yun, alam mo na tumatanda na si ma'am. Joke lang baka ibagsak ako nun.

     Nagpasalamat naman ako 'nang walang humuli sakin at matiwasay akong nakarating sa Katipunan. Yes! Thank you, Lord! Hindi ako malilintikan ni Ma'am Del Mundo. Sagad sa buto pa naman 'yung pagka masungit 'nun, pinaghili sa sama ng loob. Hahaha. Jk.

     Agad akong nagpark sa bakanteng parking space at bumaba ng kotse. Bitbit ang medyo maliit na backpack at nagmamadaling naglakad papasok ng Ateneo. Grabe, namiss ko dito sa campus tsaka parang marami na 'ring nagbago, ah. Ang oa naman neto! Napaka mo. Akala mo naman isang taon nawala sa Ateneo. At ayan na naman po si konsensya.. Tsaka pakealam mo ba sa trip ko. Panira 'to.

     Namiss ko lang 'tong campus, 'yung court, 'yung pagkain sa JSEC at sa Gonzaga Hall at isama mo na rin 'yung Football field. Tsaka ilang araw ko na 'ring hindi nakikita sila Felicia at 'yung dalawang makulit, no. Tapos si Jia rin.

     Edi ayon! Lumabas rin!

     Ang ano na naman?! Napaka mo rin, eh. Nagmo moment 'yung tao.
