Training was over and everyone's at the shower area. Habang ate Mich, ate Bea and I were still cooling down. Hindi naman mahirap ang training kanina pero 'di ako nakapagfocus dahil sa ingay ng mga tao. I don't want to be rude, pero minsan kasi nakakainis na 'yung kaingayan nila. I groan.

"Yo, D. You're spacing out." Ate Bea says, nudging me.

"Something bothering you?" Ate Mich glances at me curiously.

"Wala. Just random thoughts." I answered curtly.

Ate Bea also sat up, looking at me curiously. "Tungkol ba 'to kanina?"

"What about it?" I asked nonchalantly, tilting my head towards her.

"Don't play dumb, Deanna." Ate Bea scoffs. "It's about that guy, isn't it? It's about Rex."

"What about Rex?" Ate Mich asks, sitting upright in interest.

"Wala." Sagot ko dito.

Tumayo na'ko para wala na silang masabi. Baka lalo pang magtanong 'tong si ate Mich.

"Deanna Izabella." Ate Mich calls my name sternly.

Ate Bea looks at me helplessly. I sigh at this, shrugging. Wala naman na akong magagawa, eh.

"Fine." Umupo na'ko at humarap sa kanilang dalawa, crossing my legs. "It's about Felicia, ate."

Tinanguan ako ni ate Mich as if telling me to go on with my story.

"The day when Fel and I fought, sinundan ko siya, and saw her talking with a guy. Si Rex." I glanced at ate Bea before continuing.

"And hindi naman ako doon nagalit. Kung ano man ang nangyari no'n, it's between Felicia, Rex and I."

I paused, doubting whether or not if I should continue this particular story. Alam ko kasing magagalit si ate Mich kapag nalaman niya 'to. Tumingin ako kay ate Bei, hoping to all the gods, siya na sana ang tumuloy ng kwento.

"Hear us out muna, ate." Sabi ni ate Bei, ate Mich nodding in agreement. "Back in Batangas, Raphael and his goons tried to corner Fel, kaya naabutan mong magkausap sina Rex at Deanna. That's the reason."

"Rex saw the whole thing and saved Felicia from those bastards." I added.

"He caught those bastards.. at kaya mo siya sinuntok because?" ate Mich shook her head in disbelief. I frowned.

That was my mistake, and tanggap ko naman 'yon. Syempre humingi na'ko ng dispensa kay Rex nitong nakaraang linggo. Hindi lang nila alam dahil ayaw kong gawin nila 'yong big deal.

"And you both knew about this?" Her eyebrows frowned.

"Ate, please don't do anything about it." Ate Bei pleads. "Si Fel na mismo ang nagsabi sa'min, 'wag ka nang magsimula ng gulo."

"Sinong may sabing ako ang nagsimula ng gulo?" ate Mich sneers. "Tsaka bakit ngayon niyo lang 'to sakin sinabi?"

I only sigh. "Because Felicia says so, let's respect it."
