Emelia's P.O.V.
once we headed out of the restaurant we went for a walk, it was a beautiful night, the stars were out shining so beautiful, I put my head on his shoulder as we were enjoying the view of the stars and the ocean, I closed my eyes to enjoy the relaxation until I heard some people playing the violin, they were playing 'thousand years' By Christina Perri which I thought was very nice of them. I heard Gerard giggle so I'm guessing he had something to do with this.
Gerard:"em?"
Emelia:"yea?"
Gerard:"you do know that I love you right?" he says as picks up a rose and Hands it to me.
Emelia: "of course"
Gerard:"well...I want to spend the rest of my life with you, I remember everything from the start. since the first day I laid my eyes on you, I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you, I remember all the things I used to do to make you laugh, the Times I was there for you to have a shoulder to cry on, I want to still be that guy, and I want to be that guy forever."
he says as he pulls out a red velvet small box and gets down on one knee while opening the box.
Gerard:"Emelia...Will you do me the honor of marrying me?" he says, I was speechless I had tears of joy, I put my hand over my mouth and felt people saying 'aww' and then continued starring.
Emelia:"yes!"
he took out the ring and placed it on my finger then hugged me and kissed me while people starting clapping. then I hear fireworks exploding, then a lot of them burst up into the air that say a message: 'i will love you forever and ever ~ Gerard xoxo' it was so romantic I was still speechless.
to celebrate we went to a karaoke shop/bar but we were mostly there for the karaoke. while we were walking around to find a seat the light shines on us
speaker:"ladies and gentlemen! I think we have our singersssss!"
he said then everyone starts clapping and whistling while everyone pushes us up to the stage. then the music came, "lucky" (the glee version), it fit perfect for us.
*singing*
Gerard:"do you hear me, I'm talking to you, across the water
across the deep blue ocean, under the open sky, oh my, baby
I'm trying."
Emelia:"boy I hear you in my dreams, I feel your whisper across
the sea, I keep you with me in my heart, you make it easier
when life gets hard."
both: "I'm lucky I'm in love with my best friend, lucky to have

how long it takes, waiting for a love like this, every time
we say goodbye I wish we had one more kiss, ill wait for you

Gerard: "and so I'm sailing through the sea, to an island where
well meet, you'll hear the music fill the air, ill put a flower in
your hair."
Emelia:"through the breezes through trees, move so pretty
you're all I see, as the world keeps spinning round, you hold me
right here right now."
Both: "I'm lucky I'm in love with my best friend, lucky to have
been where I have been, lucky to be coming home again, I'm
lucky were in love in every way, lucky to have stayed where we
have stayed, lucky to be coming home someday, ooohh, oooh,
oooh, oooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, oooh, oooh, oooh, oooh, ooh,
ooh, ooh, ooh."
*song ends*
*clapping*
Gerard:"wow, you were amazing!!"
Emelia:*laughs* "you too!!"
*whistling and clapping*
after a few songs more, we decided to go to my house and break the news to my parents. I hope my dad will be happy but it's a 50/50 that he won't be.
Gerard:"well...we're here...you sure you wanna do it tonight?"
Emelia:"I'm sure besides were gonna have to tell them sooner or later."
Gerard: *giggles* "yea your probably right."
Emelia:"I just hope my dad takes the news well...I don't want him hurting you our us."
Gerard:"hey everything will be okay, ill do anything to be with you besides since this was my decision ill help you do the talking."
Emelia:"ok."
Gerard:"ready"
Emelia: *sighs* "let's do this."
