I was sitting outside watching Jirah and Zion in the pool while texting Jaielle and Demiyah. I was so happy those two got along cause Jaielle is such a great girl.

"I just wanted to see if you are alright. You haven't been ya self these past couple days cause of that boy." She said
I sighed and lockes my phone setting it down.
"Sit with ya cousin girl." I said scooting over so there was space for her
"Look you and I don't really spend too much time together and we don't talk much." I started
She nodded her head agreeing with me.
"Now there will be a lot of things you hear about me or see me do," I sighed "and because of that I want you to know that when you get older. Don't be like me."
"What do you mean? Why not?" She asked
"I have done a lot of shit and dealt with a lot of shit. Shit that changed me forever. I don't want you to go through what I did and is going through now." I said
Throughout my life I have fucked up a lot. Like to the point to where I am embarrassed to even look at myself in the mirror. I don't want any girl or boy to go through what I been through.
"And me with this boy? You see me crying and shit. That shit is out. Don't ever cry over a nigga cause believe me 9/10 he ain't crying over you." I said
She bit her lip taking in what I am saying. I don't know wht I felt the need to tell her this but it feels right. I need to let this off my chest.

"She isn't just some girl coach," I sighed "she gets me like no one else has. She understands me and why I do what I do. She likes me for me, Gervonta Davis from the busted up hood in Balitmore, not Gervonta the professional boxer." I explained
"You really like her don't you?" He sighed
"More than you know coach." I said
"Well I guess you got to do what you got to do to get ya girl back." He sighed
"You foreal? Don't be fucking with me right now." I said sitting up from my laying down position on my couch
"Yes I am foreal. Do whatever you need to so you can get back in the gym." He said
