"Case number 77 is now open."

The loud bang made Axel jump. He knew what was done to him is wrong but never thought it would make it to court. Axel sat behind a table along with his father. Alyana really did it. And not one part of her hesitated. She also sat with Mrs.Rodgers and Jc behind the gates. Axel listen to Mr.Rodgers tell the judge and everyone everything

"I call Axel Rodgers to the stand." His father helped him settled down

If he wasn't nervous before, he definitely was now

"Please tell the court in the best way you can of what you heard?"

"...After practice, I went immediately to take a shower. I remember the water being warm for about maybe 15 minutes, then it got cold and there were footsteps. I called out for them. Voice laughed, many of them. My feet slipped from under me and my head collided with the floor. I beg them to stop but they kept going. Pain, nothing but pain ran through my body as they beat up on me and...touch me"

Tears spilled from his eyes while he cried silently. The court listen to the words that came from the poor boy's mouth. His family finally learns the full truth and glared over at the defendant. Clay Matthews. He also played on the baseball team with Axel. He was his idea to gather the team together to torture Axel. Although Clay is the ringleader of the act, the team was sentenced to probation. To stay after the school, making it spotless from start to finish. The judge dismisses the court

Alyana rushed over to Axel, taking him in her arms

"You okay Axe?"

He nods, not trusting his voice. Axel was still shaken up from confessing to the court but it felt better to have it off his chest

"If anyone else bothers you again. Come find me. I'll be there"
