He stood in a dark room with voices chanting his name.Axel walked into walls blindly

Axel had to admit,he was terrified.The chants got louder making Axel even more scared than he was already

"Axel wake up"it was happening again.The dreams of waking up to complete darkness

He was living the dreams

"Axel coach Shayna's here,hurry up and get dressed"Mrs.Rodgers said

Coach Shayna had a new method today.She decided to take their lesson to another level

Axel got dressed in a plain white t-shirt and adidas track pants.Coach Shayna helped him to climbed her car safely

Axel felt like they've been driving for hours.How long was he away from home

"So what's today's adventure"Axel broke the awkward silence between them

"It's a surprise"Axel could tell that she was extra chirpy today 'What's her deal'

they shortly arrived to their destination.Coach spoke with a lady behind the counter

Axel was then again lead outside to a sound anybody could identify with

'Barking?'

"Where am I"Axel asked nervously

"We're here to get you a service dog"coach Shayna said excitedly.Fear struck through Axel's body.He had a very bad history with a dog

It only made it worse for him because he couldn't see

"Are you okay Axel"coach Shayna asked

(Flashback)

Axel at the time was only 11.He was coming back from his cousin's pool party

On the way home,there was this big dog tied up to a tree but it some how got loose and chased Axel home.Axel had tripped over a crack on the sidewalk which gave the dog an opportunity to catch up.The dog had pounced on top of him and bite him on the shoulder

Axel touched the scar on his shoulder.Chills ran up his spine just by the thought of it

"I don't know if I can do this.Me and dogs don't get along very well"Axel gulped

Coach Shayna took his hand and lead him to a dog that would be a perfect match for him

A golden retriever ran up to them and sat in front of them.The dog look at Axel with curiosity

Coach Shayna placed his on top it's head and smiled.Axel smiled a little to himself while petting her soft fur

"I think we found you the perfect one"coach Shayna smiled brightly
