"So you never really had a boyfriend? But you've gone out with some other guys?"
I halt my steps. As usual, Jinyoung is walking me to my stop. He's carrying my backpack and has made me walk to the father side from the road.
"I did... Once," I answer. I don't want to hide anything from him because that might cause a fight in the future. I also learned to be expressive, afraid that I might end up like Yugyeom. I don't want to hold it in and just suddenly let go.
"What happened?" He asks curiously. Actually, I expect him to ask when it was first because people have the tendency to judge whom they're dating. If he finds out when it was and how fast it takes me to date again, he can prepare for what kind of relationship I might be looking for.
"He got tired of me," I answer when I notice that he's waiting.
His eyebrows furrow and we continue to walk. "Got tired? Why? Do you always fight?"
"Nope. We actually don't fight at all. He just said he's tired of my attitude."
"He shouldn't have said that," Jinyoung's annoyance is obvious so I smile.
I like Jinyoung. A lot. They say he's like my guy version. We look snobbish because we walk with poker faces and earphones blasting loud music. But then once we warm up to somebody, we get super clingy. This is the reason why we instantly click.
"It's done anyway," I shrug.
"Do you still... talk?"
"Well, yes. He's my classmate."
"You should stop talking to him. I thought he said he's tired of your attitude? Then why is he lingering around you?"
I don't know what to say. I can't tell him that it's because Yugyeom is going out with my friend Aileen. I don't know; I don't want Jinyoung to think so badly of him. He's still my friend, or at least someone who used to be a big part of my life.
"Are you going to the Social Night?" Jinyoung asks at the same time the bus arrives.
"I'm not sure. You know I live far and it's dangerous to commute at night," I say before waving at him and climbing on.

It's been a week since Gyeommie started talking to me casually again. Maybe he wants to renew our friendship.
