I see you dressed in black

for I have seen time fade before you.

I see you dressed in white

for the darkness engulfed you and spit you out

in a clean balm of white.

I see you dressed in red

for the monsters have crushed you 

with their teeth

and chewed you with disgust.

There you were in the curb, bloody and blue.

I see you dressed in darkness

for you

have taken 

the light
