Jungkook's view

A living room's lamp lighted up. Taehyung was still awake waiting for us. Waiting for me. I was in the mood to spend time with him so, checked one last time if she was already asleep and headed to meet him.

Taehyung's POV

I expected Jungkook would be attracted to the light. He was always ready to have long conversations when it came to girls, and I took advantage of that.

I lifted my head and followed him sorrounding the sofa with my eyes. He threw his heavy body into the sofa resting the head on my shoulder. I caressed it softly.

I was the first one to break the silence -How was it? Is she tired enough? -I grinned, although he wasn't looking at me

-I guess -sighted -she is already asleep. This weak "boy", aish, she's done a good job

-Why her? -I mutted. He reincorporated with utterly confused expression -Why are you slowly showing up to her, why is she different from the others? -I chimed clarifying my early question. He got back to his initial position, seeking for my shoulder again but I didn't get a response, instead the sound of his childish lips being bitten with angst replaced it. But I wasn't done with him.

I standed up and left the room to come back with some beers, ready for the second assault. Jungkook hated when I got too persuassive but due to his incapability of being sincere to himself and expressing his emotions this was the only way I could help him, like I had always been doing toward the years.

This time I did't let him avoid my visual contact, using it as a guide for my words.

-How is Savannah doing? -the sound of froth throbing from the cans filled the silence until the response arrived.

-I dumped her a few days ago -he suttered expressionless

-Why? -I raised a brow faking surprise

-Because she was banal, boring. Everything was fake. She wasn't-

-She wasn't her -I cut his words softly with my loud thoughts. The absence of response satisfied me enough to knew I wasn't mistaken at all, so I kept going on -You've been spending a lot of time together this days. Be careful, you might fall for her -I chuckled nonchalantly but his expression darkened -No...you are already on it

He reacted quickly to my words laughing subtly like if I'd said the most amusing joke in the world -Yes Taetae. Enough beer for today -he patted my shoulder and took away the can from my hand. He was tense. Before crossing the door he turned to make one last statement -I don't love, I play -that harsh expression again -Plus, you know what's really my type, huh? -he mocked drawing on the air a pair of breasts with gestures, replacing the lost stare for an amused glow.

My persuassive self was ready for the third and last assault. I swallowed and glanced him lingering -Aren't you scared? -rising my voice completly ignoring his previous confession

-To death -he didn't turn around this time. His voice was probably deeper than ever before and the sincerity on it caught me out of guard making me blink twice.

The past batteling with the future were drowning him slowly, my brother.
