Since Fairytail actually had the money to buy a good inn, I got to enjoy my time there.
I was unpacking my bags in my shared room.
"Sooo (D/N), do you have a crush on anyone?"
She immediately blushed.
"M-maybe!"
Erza and I laughed.
"Who might that be, kid?"
Laxus asked my daughter.
"I'm not telling you guys!"
Everyone in the room laughed.
"I'll get your fathers to find out then! Ohhh I can't wait to see their reaction."
I laughed.
"N-NO! DON'T-"
Mato appeared outside, scaring everyone in the room.
"WELCOME TO THE GRAND MAGIC GAMES OF (idk the year so um...imagine!)!"
"We'll start our preliminary round now, please send your one team out!"
"That's our cue."
I said, walking out to the balcony.
"WE GOT THIS!"
Natsu shouted.
Meanwhile.....
Sting, Rogue, Orga, Jackal, Rufus and Minerva were about to enter the preliminary round.
"I know that (D/N) and (Y/N) are special to you, but-"
"BEAT THEM!"
Minerva said, giving an evil grin.
"Don't worry we will. We made a bet. If we don't win, we have to sleep outside for a month!" Sting said, shuddering at the thought.
"At least you guys get to live with her."
Mumbled a salty cat man.
"What was that Jackal?"
Rogue asked, knowing exactly what he said.
"N-nothing!"
Brandish was the reserve member and she was just sitting there laughing.
"I could totally see (Y/N) kicking you both out for a month!"
"Yeah kicking us out of our own apartment."

(Y/N) encountered Sabertooth once during the preliminary round.
"Hey if it isn't the dragon sucker duo!"
She shouted at them, sticking her tongue out.
"WAIT YOU'RE APART OF OUR DUO!"
"Not during this I'm not!"
They looked sad, but still kept going.
"I WANNA SLEEP IN THE HOUSEEEE!"
Sting yelled, jumping up to one of the final platforms.
"HAHA WE'RE GONNA WIN AND YOU WILL SLEEP OUTSIDE LIKE A GOOD BOY!"
(Y/N) yelled back, also jumping up.
(D/N) whispered,
"Do they always fight like this?"
Everyone nodded.
It was neck and neck for first place in this round.
The next part was just a straight run.
"Doesn't it go ladies first?"
(Y/N) asked the running Sabertooth team.
"Not this time Princess!"
Rogue said, trying to beat you.
Lamia Scale had actually caught up with you guys.
"OH LOOK IT'S"
"LAMEEEEEEA SCALE!"
(D/N), Sting and Rogue yelled.
"Who taught her to call them Lamea Scale?"
"Take a guess (Y/N)."
Erza said.
"WITH THE POWER OF LOVE-"
Sherry tried to say, but was cut off by (D/N)'S Love Dragon Roar.
"Try that for some love."
While Fairytail was busy fighting Lamia Scale(STUPID GRAY AND HIS URGE TO STRIP AND FIGHT LYON), Sabertooth crossed the finish line.
"ONE POINT FOR US!"
"Fine, I'll give this to you. Sting Eucliffe."
(Y/N) said, pouting.
"Oh shoot she's using your full name."
Rogue whispered to his buddy.
"YOU TOO ROGUE CHENEY!"
Minerva just laughed.
Mato came out and announced that Fairytail was second and was to participate in the Grand Magic Games.
"Go get some sleep."
(Y/N) told her daughter and she reacted with a yawn.
"I'll be getting some sleep too."
Erza added, taking (D/N) with her to the inn.
"So wanna have a Sabertail bar party?"
"You know it!"
