"Why do I need to come?" Takang tanong ko habang sinusuot na naman ang kwintas na binigay sa akin ni Rixzen. I removed it after we came back from the last transaction with Mr. Santiago. Although I like shiny things, this one and my phone are exemptions, after all there is really something that you dislike in what you like.

"I don't know, ask Mr. Boss himself." Night said as she helped me wear a bulletproof vest na medyo hapit sa katawan before letting me wear my black turtleneck. I think, pina customize nila ang bulletproof na to para hindi halata.

Napaatras ako nang bigla akong sinuntok ni Night ng malakas sa sikmura ko. Napanguso ako dahil muntikan na akong matumba dahil sa lakas ng pagkakasuntok ni Night. Mabuti na lang hindi masakit dahil sa bulletproof vest na suot ko. Mainit nga lang.

"You're also coming?" I stared at Night who started changing into a skin tight black shirt and jeans. She sat on the bed and started to put on some socks. Nasa tabi ng paa niya ang isang pares ng tactical boots. May suot rin akong ganiyan, medyo kinabahan ako ng konti dahil nuon hindi ako pinasuot ng ganito pero ngayon... halatang delikado ang pupuntahan naming ngayon.

"Of course. I'm just behind you, don't worry. You're safe." Confident na sabi nito habang sinusuot ang tactical boots.

"So you're saying that we are going somewhere dangerous," I straightforwardly said.

Natigilan si Night at takang napatingin sa akin. Tinapos muna niya ang pagsuot ng boots niya bago ako nakakunot-nuong tinignan.

"Mr. Boss didn't informed you?"

"Would I ask you if he did?" I don't mean to sound sarcastic but hey, sanay akong makakita ng sugatan at duguan pero hindi ako sanay sa mga bakbakan at kaguluhan.

"Well, sorry 'bout that." Tumayo ito at kumuha ng suklay. She started combing her hair before braiding it, "I thought he already told you."

"He didn't. Gulat nga ako nang bigla kang dumating na may dalang baril, bulletproof vests at mga kung ano pa," Nakasimangot na sabi ko.

"Wew. It's an B rank mission-" Napatigil ito sa pagsasalita nang makita niyang mas gumuhit pa ang pagtataka sa mukha ko, "Let's just say a dangerous but not so dangerous mission."

"Ah?" Dangerous but not so dangerous? Ano 'yon? Pagkain pero hindi pagkain? Gold pero hindi gold? Silver pero hindi silver? Choco pero hindi chocolate?!

We're talking in the same language pero hindi ko talaga siya maintindihan. Chour naintindihan ko naman siya pero hindi ko lang talaga matanggap ang ganito. I'm not prepared- I mean I am, because they prepare me some outfits and stuffs what I mean is.. I'm not mentally prepared about this!

"Come on. I don't know how to explain this fully but just stick with me or with Mr. Boss for the whole time okay?" Napakamot sa ulo si Night, "I'm sure you're well protected."

Napatigil kami sa pag-uusap nang biglang may kumatok sa pinto. Agad din naman itong bumukas at iniluwa nito si Ayesha na puno ng pag-alala ang pangit niyang mukha. Napataas ang kilay ko dahil naka dress ito ng pink na sleeveless dress.

"Sir, is calling you two now," Sabi nito at binuksan pa lalo ang pinto ng kwarto, "They are waiting in front of the mansion."

"Howkay!" Nagunat si Night bago naunang lumabas sa pinto, "Let's go, Miss Doc."
