I heard a male scream.
It sounded like... no.
I ran over to where the sound came from and saw Keith on the ground.
I ran over to him and pulled him into my lap.
He was struggling to breathe.
I felt tears start to form in my eyes and run down my cheeks.
"A-Allura."
I shook my head, "Keith save your energy."
He shook his head weakly, "No... I have to... tell you... something."
I stared at him as we were walking to the lions.
"Allura... I...love you."
My eyes widened and I broke into tears, "Keith, I love you too."
We made it to blue and black followed behind us.
We made it back to the castle and he got put into a healing pod.
I stayed by the healing pod waiting for him.
He can't die on us not now.
I never got the chance to enjoy being in a relationship with him.
Coran came in to check on his vitals and by the look on his face I knew.
I knew that it wasn't good.
"Princess... Keith won't make it."
I burst into tears and fell to the ground.
I felt a person put their hand on my shoulder.
When I turned and looked I saw Alana standing there with tears in her eyes.
"Allura... I know how much this hurts you as I went through almost the exact same thing... but he wouldn't us to sulk and... and he wouldn't want to see your beautiful face with tears."
I stared at her and smiled lightly at her.
"You're right but what about the paladins... they have gotten closer to Keith and now."
She stopped me and simply said, "Allura it will be a difficult time for everyone but over time we move on... he will still be with us but not physically."
I nodded and hugged her tightly.
The paladins came in and heard everything we were talking about.
A month later we held a service for him.
A year later we gathered together again and talked about our best memories we had with Keith.
The war ended shortly after his death and statues were put up including Keith.
He had his own statue and a memorial was held for him.
Alana and Matt got married.
Lance and Pidge started dating.
Hunk also is now dating Shay.

Years later.
I closed my eyes and opened them to find me in an all white area.
I saw Keith and my eyes widened.
I ran over to him and we shared a kiss.
"I love you Allura." "I love you Keith."
