9 | Hard To Get

'What is that boy up to?' Lisa thought as she stared at her phone.

She had been calling Jungkook for the past 30 minutes and she got no answers.

She was gonna ask him if they could meet up so she can give him the gift.

You might wonder; Why on earth would Lisa give Jungkook a gift when his birthday is like a few months away?

Well – that is a secret you'll know when the time comes.

After a few more rings, Jungkook finally picked up.

"Hey Jungkook! Why didn't you answer my first call??" Lisa scolded.

There was a few moments of silence until Jungkook finally replied, "Sorry. I uh– I was with my hyungs.."

Lisa nodded and sighed, "Fine, fine. I forgive you. But can we uh– meet up? I need to give you something."

"Sorry, but my hyungs are still here and they'll probably pester me to tell them where I'm going." Jungkook said.

"Oooh.. It's okay, maybe next time..?" Lisa asked again.

"Sure." Jungkook answered shortly and hung up.

Lisa groaned and placed her phone at the table.

'Why is he being hard to get?'
