Mare and Cal went on to continue training new guards and help reds control their new powers.

They had three children. A son named Luke and the twins Alissa and Violet. Luke protected them, no matter the cost. Luke ended up being gifted with the power of electricity, like his father. Alissa and Violet had no powers but they didn't mind. They enjoyed being normal and loved to watch their older brother train.

Mare and Cal continued to help spread equality between silvers and reds. Now nobody even remembers the separation between the two.

They are a happy family, and a safe one too.
