Insecurely I opened the door of Impa's house, downstairs waiting were Paya with Link and Sidon.
I made my way to them, Link sensed my distress, and turned to me.
-What did Impa said?- he asked
-Seems like I have to go back to the place were I began- I said
- Back to the sorceress's realm...- He continued
My heart aches just of thinking about it, the place where my whole tribe vanished, where I saw everyone and everything I knew burn into ashes.
-Are you sure? I mean I can fight on my own, you don't need to do this (Y/N)...- Link tried to convince me, but I can't leave him alone, the weight is too much for him to carry.
-As soon as I get Sidon back to the Zora's Domain, I will go-
- I can come with you, you don't seem comfortable with it, and I'd prefer not to leave you alone in that state- Sidon protested
He is really sweet, but it is dangerous, I don't know what kind of monsters are out there or in the sorceress's realm, it's been so long since I scaped.
-It could be dangerous, and I don't want the Zoras to hate me for leading another of the heirs to death.- I said looking down
-Don't worry for me, I'm well trained- He said giving that smile, making Paya blush like hell.
-There is no way of convincing you otherwise, is it?- I said smiling a little

-Okay then, where can we get weapons?- I asked to Paya.
- I... I d...don't think you...can g...get any here- she answered.
Link took the sword and shield he brought from Zora's Domain and handed them to Sidon.
- I can't accept them, I have a sword of my own- Sidon said to Link.
-But what if it breaks? Then you will have nothing to fight with, I have more weapons don't worry- Link insisted , making Sidon accept them.
- It is still early, if we hurry we can get there before it gets dark - I said taking out an old map from my spell book.
-And where exactly are we going- Sidon asked.
-Here, Near the Spring of Courage is the gate to our realm- I said pointing to the Spring.
I was scanning the fastest route there, which was passing through Eagus Bridge, passing next to Hylia river.
-The fastest route is this, passing through these bridges and The Great Plateau, then crossing the Bridge of Hylia and into Faron Woods, when we enter I will lead the way.- I explained
Sidon nodded in agreement, Link turned back to me and hugged me.
-Please be careful, (N/N)- he said
-I'm not a little girl Link, I can take care of myself- I hugged back.
- I know - he let out a sigh and let me go.
-And you better get her back alive, do you hear me?- He said to Sidon, who smiled back holding his hands in the air.
- I will , I promise.-
-Please take this- I said forming a (f/c) jewel.
-What's this for?- He asked
-You said (F/n) helped you in the divine beast, so whenever you need (him/her) you can call (her/him)- I said
-Thanks (Y/N)..- he said back taking the jewel carefully
There was a little silence until Link decided to break it.
-You should get going, you have to catch a horse if you want to get there fast, go out using this entrance, there is a little field , there should be wild horses- Link instructed us
He was right. -Okay, good luck Link!- I said as I walked to the field he told is, Sidon and (F/n) followed me.
-How will you tame a wild horse (Y/N)- Sidon asked me.
-I don't need to tame it, I just need to ask it-
-What do you mean?-
I didn't answered , just kept walking towards the filed, I spotted a black horse that looked strong enough.
So I just signed Sidon to stay where he was, and started walking towards the horse, I looked (him/her) directly at the eyes, (he/she) returned my look, slowly I approached to (him/her) which made (him/her) move a little, I extended my hand, the horse smelled my hand a little before stepping near.
-I need some help to get to my hometown, do you think you could help me?- I asked in a calm manner, the horse moved (his/her) head so it was touching my hand.
-Thank you - I said
I motioned Sidon to come closer, petting the horse's head.
-Do you want a horse too?- asked
He let it a small laugh before answering me
-No thanks, when have you seen a Zora on a horse ?- he said laughing a bit .
-Never that's true- I said laughing along.
The jumped on the horse and started riding, slowly so Sidon could keep up with me, (F/n) jumped into my bag, the only thing visible was (his/her) head .
-How did you made the horse obey you?-
-In my tribe everyone is connected to a animal, so we 'speak' their language -
Sidon looked me with a curious face, I just smiled at him.
- Can you tell me more about your tribe?- He asked
- Okay, where do I start?... We were a tribe that the twin sorceresses created to protect two sacred weapons, the Sealing Tome and the Guardian's Scepter, as I said we were all connected to a certain animal and we can merge with them half way or completely , the wolf and the fox being the most powerful, that's why they are the only ones that can use the weapons, so when the tribe was...- I stoped there, a sour look in my face
- Ermmm vanished , the last wolf and fox decendants sealed the weapons, now Impa's theory is that I am the fox descendant but that's not the problem, we need the wolf's magic to open the seal, and as far as I know I am the only survivor of the tribe-
I made the horse stop completely, I looked at Sidon and said
-And I don't think I have enough power to even merge with (F/n) halfway-
- I'm sure you will, I believe in you- he gave me one of his famous smiles, which made me smile too.
-Thanks, now let's go to that stable over there so I can get some horse gear, this is really uncomfortable for both of us- I said making the horse speed up a little.
This is going to be a mentally painful journey.
