Back to the present
I looked out the window at the sunny LA skyline and forgot just how gorgeous my home town is. I missed more things than I had realized. I had thought I hated this place but maybe it was me, or the people?
As I was advised that we would be landing in ten minutes at a private airport in LA I buckled up and held onto Charlie. Hoping that this fresh start and new me would finally be enough to heal my family and myself.
