Michael was special.

I'm not saying that in a low, demeaning way... Im saying it with all of the emotion that I could possibly muster into 3 words. He was special. He was dear to all of us. A loved band mate, best friend and boyfriend.

He was all 3 of those things to me.

Michael was that kid that could bring a smile to your face in a heartbeat, whether it was from him making a fool of himself, or cracking constant jokes until you couldn't help but smile.

He was good about knowing when to back off, and when he needed to invest all of his time and energy into making you happy again.

Whatever it was, whatever the situation was. He was there.

Michael passed away almost 3 years ago. No one knew how it happened, no one had any idea.

Did he get killed?

Was it a freak accident?

Did he do it to himself?

No one knew the answer to these questions, because the only person who had them died a year after Michael. His mom didn't even care about Michael the way she should have, so why is it that she felt so awful that she had to die to honor him?

It wasn't out of honor. It was out of self pity.

She didn't give a damn about Michael, but the boys did. They kept living for him.

And they would continue to do so.
