The intention had been clear, right from the moment they hadn't left their rooms all day, making sure to keep their inboxes clean and clear of any emails from their team. it was one inevitable, endless process every artist, every successful person in the industry had to go through — read and write lengthy emails, based around their work, new projects, promotion, events, what not.

The four boys were ready for a night of partying, dancing, losing their sanity along with the tipsy strangers that would surround them. each of them for their own set of reasons. incomprehensible to no one but themselves. it only doubled their excitement upon hearing just how lit Zeke's parties were known to be around the town.

Despite their "break" they had work to do, like they always did. And for that reason, they spent most of the afternoon trapped in their rooms instead of Mia taking them out for a day of fun like she did the days prior to that.

Auden, the lazy cunt of a best friend of Mia's, was strangely looking forward to it as well. something to do with meeting his old friends.

Safe to say, as Mia joyously waltzed through the club doors with five boys trailing along with her, the glances and fingers pointing became apparent with every step they took. Naturally, all of them were accustomed to the gaping—as a result of being famous—so they were unbothered by it, knowing the attention would diminish soon enough.

Mia's eyes skim through, taking in the noisy setting that had a decent amount of crowd, most of them hopping on their feet to the beat the DJ (who she knew was one with demand) was feeding them.

The music significantly lowers, interrupted by the voice of the DJ, who briefly pointed their way. "Mia Leivowitz and Five Seconds Of Summer in the house, everyone." He whoops enthusiastically, making the crowd of people applause and hoot in recognition but quickly go back to their dancing as the music was loud again, enough to feel it reverberating in their chests, overriding their heartbeat and echoing throughout their body. nearly deafening them – in a good way.

One could say the people of her birthplace loved her. Well, they showed it better, when they weren't drunk off their asses.

Mia turns around to see the boys eye their dimly lit, spacious surroundings, already bopping their heads and slowly moving their hips to the beat. It didn't take much as they had quite a few drinks beforehand to get into the mood.

"You guys," She calls their attention, huddling closer to them to be heard. Ayden had already disappeared with a promise to text her his whereabouts after a couple of hours. "I gotta find Zeke, so you guys go ahead, have fun. Don't worry about getting caught doing embarrassing stuff and having the whole world find out, you won't. It's one of the perks of going to Zeke's parties."

Ashton clearly found that to his liking, seeing as a massive grin broke out on his face. He hoots in excitement, grumbling a bunch of words that weren't heard due to the sound, throwing his hands carelessly into the air as he shimmies his way into the dance floor. Calum and Micheal following closely after him.

Mia finds herself looking back at Luke, who still stood there, hands in his pockets, smiling goofily. He definitely had one too many gulps of Mia's expensive aged whiskey getting here. "Aren't you gonna.."

He looks at her hand pointing in the direction his band mates had just left in, and understands her insinuation seconds later. "I'll head that way first." He loudly says with a cheery grin, eyes glimmering with longing as he points his long forefinger towards the bar. He really is prepared to get wasted like he'd informed earlier today, mia thinks.
